We recently used Humberstones for the sale of our property in Quinton. The team were professional, courteous and above all they kept us informed at all points during the sale. We unfortunately faced some serious issues with our chain that potentially left us in a difficult position with the sale. Natalie and Charlotte we both fantastic in aiding us through all problems we faces and in keeping my wife and I up to date with all enquiries and steps they were taking to ensure the sale was a success. We had a bit of a journey selling our home... It was on the market for around 10 months, but during this time we took on 2 other agents as well and Humberstones were without a doubt the most professional, supportive and helpful estate agents we had dealt with. Good afternoon, we just have a view in the house above and honestly I never complaint but this time I have to. The lady show us the house was very rude and uninteresting at all. She just say to us to be quickly because you already have an offer, nothing else, no paper, no explanation, nothing at all. If you want to be at higher level start with be helpful, polite and prepared. Absolutely the worst experience with an agency.

This was our second time using them because we were so pleased with their service and professionalism the first time round. I have both bought and sold the same house through Humberstones, they are awesome. I bought my house from Humberstones in Quinton in 2010, it was an excellent service from quite a small company, very personable and friendly. I have today completed on selling the house - Humberstones have grown since 2010 but they still offer an incredibly personal and excellently efficient and friendly service. My house sold incredibly quickly (within 24 hours we had 2 offers) and for considerably more than the other estate agents in the area had suggested we should be happy with. Top marks for Ian, Adam and Natalie in particular. These are the estate agents you are looking for, they are actual human beings rather than your standard stereotypical agents.

The team at Humberstones is one of the best estate agencies I have dealt with. Their appraisal and valuation of my property was realistic, their selling methods appropriate, their contact with me always efficient and courteous. They sold my property to the second viewer whom they showed round; when that sale fell through (no fault of Humberstone's), they got it quickly back on the market and had it under offer again within a week. They helped matters get to a speedy completion, including dealing with some difficult solicitors. They also went out of their way to look after my property, which was empty at the time and difficult for me to visit in person. I would recommend Humberstones 100% to any seller or buyer.

Having wasted 6 months with a well known agency I then had the opportunity to return to my original gut instinct and instruct Humberstones to sell my property . What a difference ! I was treated from the start like an important individual customer and felt so much more confident in their ability to sell. The brochure was quickly produced to a much higher standard and the key features of the house were emphasised. Within a two week period I had more viewings than I had in 6 months culminating in a sale . The staff thereafter were caring and very attentive and unlike my previous agent, phoned me with regular updates and also endeavoured to sort any problems that occurred . A personal assistant was very much appreciated as was the willingness of the rest of the staff if my contact was not available . When our property went on the market FOR SALE in Oct 2014 I contacted five local estate agents all of whom visited to carry out a market value assessment. Adam & Ian at Humberstones took the trouble to stay in touch during the next few weeks until the property was presentable for potential buyers to view. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They always responded quickly to find a solution to help.
