Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and I was kept up to date by Natalie throughout the sale. I would not hesitate to use Humberstones again and I would highly recommend them as a professional and competent estate agents.

TrustpilotDishonest and unprofessional attitude
Rubbish I suspect the five star reviews are fake. I contacted them about a property and I was send an application form to fill before viewings. I filled the from and was told by an email that the property viewing list is full now. It was within one hour of sending the form. After two weeks I was searching renting websites and noticed the same property as still available. I rang their office and another lady from their team told me that the house is still available. She said that the lady dealing with me is on another call and will ring me but I didn’t receive the call. After waiting for two hours I called but it kept ringing and no answer. I was told by her that they are working from home. I emailed them asking that I was told that the property is gone but it’s still available. Next day I received the reply that they had send me the guarantor form and because I didn’t send the filled guarantor form that’s why I was not selected. She said now the list is full again but if I like I can fill the form and I will be kept as shortlist. I feel they deliberately did this. They never mentioned any guarantor and nor was any guarantor form send to us. I don’t want to rent from them now as they seem very unprofessional and liars

GoogleNatalie Broadmore 10 out of 10 : Absolutely fantastic!!!!!! Humberstones: Very good but management require a policy for OAP's and their handovers to them. If you want OAP's business, give them more support at handover time, not just the keys and expect them to get on with it. Its a very frightening experience for them and with no support...........................
