GoogleI live in south wales and had a flat in Quinton that needed renting out and then also selling. Humberstones were a refreshing estate agency to work with and were professional at every point. I had very regular updates about all that was happening and never felt in the dark. There response time and organisation of maintenance was also excellent and as a landlord this is often an issue with agents. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I used them due to google reviews and was a little sceptical at how good they sounded and wondered if they could live up to the praise. They not only lived up to it they surpassed it with flying colours. Thank you to all the team for all that you did.

GoogleI dealt with Humberstones for the sale of my house at the end of 2019.
I thought that getting someone to buy it would be the difficult part, for myself it wasn’t, but the selling process was. For me this is where Humberstones really did help. Everyone one in the office played their part, but it was Sue that was the star for me. You can probably sell your house for cheaper with other companies, but the personal dealings with Humberstones is where they stood out. I would recommend Humberstones to anyone looking to sell as they make the whole process more manageable, even dealing with solicitors.
All in all a fantastic service and fantastic company to deal with. Hopefully I don’t need to use them again soon, but if I do I will definitely be using them.

Adam took the photos which he did with care and precision, Natalie then orgained the viewings ensuring she kept in contact at all times giving me feedback from each one and once sold STC Sue from the Bearwood office took over....what a lovely professional woman that went over and above what she needed to do.
