GoogleI recently purchased our first house through Humberstone home. Everyone was really helpful and was great experience. Sue did the chasing with solicitors for me. Hight recommend them. I even got hamber and flowers on day of key collection. Thank you to whole humberstones Home team!

GoogleTold them my life story, got child care sorted, fought through the Common Wealth Games traffic to get there, parked up and no agent available to the the viewing, called the office an hour before to confirm the booking, apparently "Katie" had another viewing - careful timewasters.

Dear Charlie - I am sorry to hear you had a wasted trip especially after organising child care. However if a viewer like yourself can't get to the pre arranged appointment on time and we have other appointments/viewings/inspections elsewhere afterwards, then we have to honour those I am afraid. If we waited around we would then be late for all our appointments the rest of the day and put a lot of other people out of kilter. As our viewing confirmation emails state, please be on time or we may not be able to honour the appointment. GoogleI was quite disappointed with the valuation I had arranged, as it seemed the gentleman from Humberstones had not done his full research and proceeded to downvalue my property by £25k. I had other agents out who gave me a figure which was deserving of the house. It seemed to me that Humberstones were hoping to downvalue the property for a quick sale.NegativeQuality

Dear Mr Singh, I am really sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your recent marketing appraisal from us - Our valuers use local comparable evidence when discussing price, based on sales that have completed and I can guarantee you we are not in the business of down valuing properties for a quick sale, this would be counter productive for us, as no one would put their house on the market with us to sell. I have dealt with both Natalie and Adam and they have always been willing to help and offered meaningful advice. I have both purchased and sold via Humberstones and the service remained the same. On the sale the property achieved asking price on the first weekend so I was delighted.

GoogleI have had personal involvement with Humberstones over a number of years for 2 house sales, 1 house purchase & a managed rental. I have always found them as a whole to be professional, curteous, responsive & respectful. Their house prices are always realistically placed in the market, so from my experience, more often than not a property will sell reasonably quickly.

From the initial contact with them to then deciding to rent the property instead, the team at Humberstones have been great. No pressure from them regarding anything and they are always quick to return calls and emails. They have handled the renting of the property with minimal hassle and have kept everything running smoothly. Vey pleased and would highly recommend.

GoogleSold my fathers bungalow at a difficult personal time. They were always helpful and never gave up when I felt I would. Communication was always great from start to finish, lots of viewings arranged until that buyer was found. I would defiantly recommend to sell your home you won’t be dissapointed.
