Having never sold a house before we didn’t know what expect in terms of costs and ‘what you get’. We chose Humberstones as they were local, but we used them in the end as the valuation seemed fair and their approach was professional, realistic and without any hard sell. From this starting point they have been nothing but helpful and at many points along the sale they were key in getting movement from our conveyancers. All the fees & costs involved in selling seem ‘big’, especially when you lump VAT on top, but in Humberstones case we feel they earned it and a big part of this is that we were left with the feeling that they were working and chasing on our behalf. The upshot is that we’d happily recommend them.

I really never understood the value of estate agents and was cynical of their worth. However, thank goodness I choose Humberstones, I cannot explain enough about the support and efforts they made to help me with both the sale of my property and onward purchase. Without them I would have been lost and incredibly stressed. However, their professionalism, friendly approach, willingness to help provided a service over and above that well surpassed any expectations I might have had about the services this agency could provide. This is a really 'can do' agency that definitely care about their clients and their needs. Highly recommended. We put our house on the market at the start of 2020, and chose Humberstones on the basis of their well-established presence in our area of Birmingham. They were professional and realistic from the start and we had agreed a sale on our house within a couple of weeks. Humberstones Quinton (Birmingham) - We have recently had the pleasure of working with Humberstones to buy our first house in Birmingham. All the staff we dealt with were so helpful,kind and friendly. They went out of their way on several occasions to help us with things that they didn't need to. We had various issues with our own solicitors during the buying process but Humberstones were patient with us and made it all feel alot easier.
