My mom previously used these guys and when she passed away it was only right to respect her wishes and use them again to sell her house. From start to finish everyone has been amazing!! Sue went above and beyond and even spent the long months dealing with annoying solicitors who dragged their heels, but she was going to give in and she chased them every chance. They made the experience of such a sad time so much easier and I felt really at ease leaving them in charge of my late moms property. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to get the completion date. You all deserve a very very large medal!!!

Recently purchased a property using Humberstone Homes in Quinton. From the very first moment we met them viewing the house to the moment we've got the house they have been amazing. I want to personally thank Sue Weaver, who took so much time to help us as first time buyers. Nothing was ever too much to ask, she was always prompt in her correspondence and her effort in our house sale made the process smooth and easy. She was always there for us, going above and beyond. I have found Humberstones to be a fantastic company to rent my property through. From the onset Lauren and Ian have been proactive in quickly finding great tenants, keeping me updated on progress and just generally being really easy to work with. The valuation was fair and achieved within two weeks!
