A great estate agent offering professional and friendly service . My Dad was down sizing from our family home after over 50 yrs . Humberstones dealt with the sale and onward purchase. The covid restrictions came into effect which delayed things but as soon as restriction allowed viewings commenced with updates and regular feedback . Special thanks to Ian , Lauren and Sue . The team at Humberstone's Quinton branch were great to work with, in particular Ian Kendrick, James and Nathan Walton. Ian was very professional and honest with us about our home value, we had previously been over valued by another agent and not had a great experience, Ian and the team were able to pick the sales process up and had me viewings within a couple of days. Nathan in particular was fantastic , he went the extra mile to ensure I was updated and potential buyers were kept interested, he is also very personable and dedicated to customer success. I was very happy with the end result and time period Humberstone's were able to close the sale, in the end we did a couple of viewings ourselves but found Humberstone's were very well versed on the local area and type of house we were in and more importantly, how to differentiate. Ian personally photographed the place and did a great job. Awful experience on the phone. Called up to discuss a property for sale. The agent put the phone down on me half way through our conversation for no reason at all. I tried calling back 6 times, only to be put through to voicemail each time. Their office closes at 17:30. I have called at 16:40. Staff should be active and available for the phones at this time. Awful service. There was no attempt to get back in touch with me.

Humberstones went above and beyond with our sale and purchase. Due to COVID & the usual delays with the Solicitors it took 5 months for us to move. Humberstones daily was contacting all involved and kept pushing on our behalf for a completion date. Emailing and phoning the solicitors. Always professional. They were easy to get hold of and I never felt at anytime we was being a pest even though We probably were. If we were to move again I would not hesitate to use them again. Originally bought the house through Humberstones, and I was so impressed with the service that it was a no-brainer to sell with them. Adam goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service.
