Great, friendly, efficient service from Adam and Natalie, Adam went above the call of duty to assist me not living in Birmingham when things needed attending to with the house sale, Natalie was extremely helpful and assertive, keeping me informed at all times. There are cheaper agents out there, but don't waste your money, Humberstones are worth every penny!!

My first experience with Humberstones was back in 2014 when I sold a property through them, very good service and pricing. This year I purchased a property through Humberstones with my partner, the service I have received is incredible. Starting with Nathan who did his upmost to get us a weekend viewing on the property as my partner was restricted due to working hours. During lockdown Adam took over and went above and beyond for us as we had a newborn baby in hospital, he kept on top of the solicitors chasing for updates etc when I couldn’t get round to it, Sue was fantastic once lockdown was eased speaking with my solicitor to get updates and kept me informed constantly. when we went to pick up the keys last week they had bought us a card and flowers which was a lovely gesture. Due to the way I’ve been treated my father is now using the letting side of the business to handle his rented properties. I would highly recommend Humberstones to friends and family in future. Very happy with the professional service we received from Adam, Natalie and Charlotte at Humberstones Quinton. We were on the property market for over a year with 2 previous High St agents who had no interest in selling our house and not one of them got us a viewing. Adam was very real from the start he came and valued our property to a reasonable price, which we all agreed to and we had a kick up the bum for areas of improvements (which is what we needed) once we had done this within approx. 3 months later our house has sold for near enough asking price! Even when we were dealing with solicitors through the sale and purchase we had regular contact from Humberstones to keep us up to date with what was going on which made the process a lot less stressful. They truely went above and beyond and we are very satisfied with the service we received.
