so i also think the 5 stars on google are fake, they asked me to pay 160pounds to guarantee the house, and if they feel i gave false information they keep the money! it's strange. the house is still available and they say there are a lot of people waiting. it's weird

Hi Stuart as per my email to you this morning and the phone call to your partner the works were instructed as you acknowledged yourself last week (therefore you have had a response and you acknowledged that response) and the contractor has got hold of you today and is out in the next hour. I can only apologise that he didn't try as hard as he should of done to get hold of you, and if you require a different contractor in the future we will advise the landlord accordingly.
