GoogleExcellent service. All the staff members are really cooperative. Specially Shareen Akhtar really supportive I like her work and nature also☺️. Highly recommend that agency they are always give genuine and perfect service to their customers. I would like to say Thank you to all the staff members. GoogleI recently sold my property through Henley Charles (Handsworth) and they were absolutely fantastic right from the initial valuation by Ranjit, to Kavita who handled the sale. They kept me in the loop with all communication and did everything they could to ensure the purchase completed in good time. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in future.

GoogleCame from London to Birmingham to see the house and half hour before booking they contact me "landlord doesn't pick up the phone, do u want still come? " I answer yes, because I was already outside of the house! 11o clock as was booking time, one guy came to the house and pick post "I said, I'm already almost left, agency book for me viewing" And he answer I don't know nothing about his and left. Amazing! Good in had another bookings with another agencys! ! ! CAN'T recommend this "estate" Agency

GoogleMade an appointment to view a property and we showed up early. Waited for almost 30 minutes and no answer from the office when we tried to call as by that time they had closed. We had no phone call or text to update or cancel the appointment. Absolutely awful, unprofessional and I don’t know how these people get the jobs they have!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThey are a very outstanding agency , they try their 100% to help you to their fullest Potential. My family rented out two houses with them and they are managing it. We have had no problems and if there was any issues they resolved them very fast. I think they are the best agency that we know of, it feels very comfortable to speak to them about anything. I highly recommend anyone to use this agency.

GoogleA very poor service. Wanted to view but they kept stating only one viewing available & it’s booked, latter realised that wasn’t the case and had to put so much effort in getting a viewing. They were reluctant in taking my offer and kept saying they got loads of offers. At the end when I was again constantly calling them the find out the outcome of my offer I was told it was sold! The bottom line was they were not interested in my offer from day dot. Would never recommend them & would never use them again!

GoogleI just recently sold my elderly mothers house, I chose Henley Charles after having learnt they have over 25 years of experience selling houses in Birmingham, everything went through smoothly from the valuation, the sale itself and the after sales service all the way through to completeion, was exceptional, I also went with their recommendation of Local solicitors who again provided a professional service, I would have no hesitation in using Henley Charles again and would strongly recommend anybody looking to sell their house not to opt for an online agent, go for what I did, experience & knowledge, friendly yet professional staff who will take your headache away all under one roof, you can not under estimate the ease of using your Local High Street agent. One gets the feeling the agent obtains the landlord the best rent whilst balancing this with the needs and welfare of the client who is renting, so a win-win atmosphere is sensed by both parties. GoogleRubbish, waste of time. Viewed a house, said will email forms to fill out. Kept chasing phone after phone to be told every time it will be sent shortly. Never received any. Just wasted our time, false promises.
