GoogleI was recommended this estate agent by a friend and I have to say as a first time seller the whole process was a swift and efficient one. I used the branch in Handsworth to sell my property and found that the staff (Kavita) were very supportive and helpful from the beginning of the sale right through to the end. Regular contact and updates kept me informed and rest assured that the matter was left in professional and capable hands. Henley and Charles in Handsworth offered a great service and I would definitely recommend using this estate agent if you want a no headache sale.

Our main source of contact from the very beginning has been Shareen, honestly such a lovely lady and has made the whole experience so much easier, she's been above and beyond for us and it's been such a breath of fresh air to work with someone with such great customer service skills making the process easier. And after I personally contacted them for my house, I was amazed to find out that all the good words about them were true to its words. GoogleWe’ve recently sold and purchased a new home both from Henley Charles in Handsworth Birmingham. We are kinda unlucky because of the COVID lockdown, our procedure has been delayed for extra 3 months, but I have to say that we are so lucky because we went with the right place & the right person. The branch manager Gin helped us so much that we probably wouldn’t have from anywhere else. In order to help us to get things done ASAP, he was running around in between buyers/sellers, solicitors and other estate agents, help chasing documents and answers, answer phone calls even out of his working hours. I do appreciate very much with his patience and commitment. And I would love to recommend this branch to everybody!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
