GoogleI have called this agency many times to find out about their property, they have helped me out massively sending me emails of property that match to my budget...then i found it so much easier to call to arrange viewing as property under my budget was sent to me so it was very helpfull. GoogleAbsolutely abominable behaviour. First told repeatedly that only a single slot for viewing was available. Later to find that they had multiple slots that would've been more suitable for work. Then when made an offer, no response despite numerous call back request including the manager. Only to be told later that property was sold.

GoogleWas told i would be called back regarding my offer. Only to chase and be told that the property was sold. Was promised to be kept updated but in fact avoided. Still not contacted by the letting manager, and here i thought that HC would be different. Still expecting a call back.

GoogleThey are not professional at all. Kept me waiting for over 20 minutes for an appointment. Management don't call you back. I would never use them. They have lost out on a potential customer. Disgraceful attitude and no respect or professionalism at all. Waste of time. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!
