GoogleWe honestly couldn’t fault Henley Charles Estate Agents from start to finish. The team were amazing throughout the entire process, always keeping us in the loop and making sure we understood every step along the way. No question ever felt too big or too small, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention has to go to Kavita, who was absolutely incredible from the very beginning. She was so approachable, friendly and genuinely supportive, which made what can be a stressful process feel so much easier and more positive. GoogleI purchased a 2 bed flat for investment, it needed work and a lease extension. Kavita was brilliant, always on the phone liaising with all sides and communicating well, letting me know what they needed and how things were going. Even though things didn't go to plan, Kavita was always professional, friendly and efficient. Good job, would use again.

GoogleThey pick and choose who to sell properties too. Vendors be very careful they try to sell your house with first offer they get which is really bad if your looking to sell your house at a good price. They rush it to make sure they get their comission!!! . Be AWARE!!!!! Proper rude. I made a mistake selling with them lost 20-25k

GoogleI must start off with how impressed I was with Kavita who has helped me from the beginning to the end of this process. I put my house up for sale through Henley Charles. After a month or two, we accepted an offer. From there, as I was in a chain, Kavita helped me by writing emails for me to other estate agents. She helped with any enquiries I had. I cannot justify how much she helped me in this review. I was clueless as it’s my first time in a chain. Advised me on surveys and where to ask for a fairer price. Overall, I must say if you use Henley Charles, speak with Kavita as she made this process much smoother and gave peace of mind !

Our letting agent, Shareen Akhtar, quickly reacted to any requests, and has always been supportive whenever we had any problems or we renewed our contract. I would specifically mention Shareen, she was very helpful throughout the process of finding a new rental house. She was not only friendly but also professional, promptly answering questions, which helped to speed up the process as I was urgently looking for a place. I would recommend this agency to anyone.
