Sold our property in 11 days from going on the market. A fully professional and thorough service who kept in contact with us explaining everything. We went with another estate agent initially but had terrible service. Couldn’t even spell Harborne correctly. So with some trepidation we went with HAART and so glad we did. Although not the cheapest they were worth every penny spent. Special thanks to Krystle for taking excellent pictures and “selling” out property also Micheal who always called us back within minutes. Would definitely recommend them.

They are not professional, honest or clear at all. They are good until they take your money. Then they lie 100 times/day. We have agreed on a deadline, and they did not meet the time we agreed for. I called the manager hoping he could fix the issue. What I have got is justifying his bad employee behaviour! Thus, I cancelled my house rent with them. Ok, I have lost £400 for nothing but it is better than to have a long-term contract with agent that I could not trust with anything. There is no manager to turn to in case of employee bad behaviour.

I have sold my property through Haart today and I must say that they do stand out as compared to other agents in South Birmingham area. Krystle did an amazing job with video and pictures and it was a superb ad on Rightmove, while Kasim and Charlotte both worked hard with viewings. Michael was excellent maintaining a good relationship with solicitors and sales progression. I think they work very well as a team. I can see they work very hard behind the scenes which sellers and buyers can often overlook. They are in expensive side as an agent as compared to other e.a's but a little extra on fees could get a grand on top of estimated values. I would highly recommend them to sellers, Good job guys, Thanks Nitin

Great service from start to finish. Professional, polite and friendly staff always happy to help and respond quickly to queries. Only negative point was that I was not informed the property was due to go through probation and this held up the progress of the sale for a number of months, this wasn’t an issue on our side but I think this should have been stressed at the time of offer. Kasim was great and kept me updated throughout and Shazia in the mortgage department was also excellent, not to mention the rest of the team I dealt with on occasions. Would highly recommend.

We recently sold our house with Haart. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Krystle was at the valuation. Her photos & video of the property were fantastic. The house sold quickly. We had some hiccups along the way but it was all dealt with brilliantly. This was especially the case towards the end when Krystle went above & beyond for us. In addition, the solicitor she suggested were so easy to deal with. All in all, I can definitely recommend using Haart for your sale or purchase.

Not an easy sale to get through but due to their professionalism, and application to task managed to get the sale through within the required 28 completion timeline. I can thoroughly recommend Paul Dev and Minder worked very hard to get my property let and kept me updated at all times a highly professional, responsive and organised team. Paul would always be the first person to call me on any update with potential viewings some of which happened out of hrs when other estate agents are down the pub having a beer. That type of commitment and flexibly is priceless. I soon learnt that their motivation wasn't money oriented (which is why they probably get such great reviews), it was driven by a passion for the business and wanting to get results for the people who use them. First impressions count the photographs are taken by top end cameras which produce amazing results, No camera phones here. Dev was friendly and professional I would always get feedback immediately after a viewing of my property their communication style and systems are very good and consequently made me feel I was well looked after they are always very helpful, honest and very friendly. That’s 5-stars from me!

Paul (Inderpaul) showed us around a few rental properties on Saturday 3rd December. We've ended up going with another letting agent but this was solely down to loving the flat we viewed. Paul was so helpful and friendly. He wasn't pushy and did everything he could to help. He was working until very late on the evening before our viewings, asking if we'd like to view an additional property that matched our criteria and arranging this. Then on the day, he showed us another nearby property that we hadn't previously seen online, making our trip all the more worthwhile. It certainly helps to see several properties on the first day of viewings in order to determine what you can get for your money and draw comparisons. For anyone looking to rent in Birmingham I'd definitely recommend chatting to Paul. He is absolutely lovely and very easy to talk to!!! He can take honesty so you don't have to pussyfoot around if you don't like a property which gets rid of any awkwardness! We had one viewing before meeting Paul with someone from another letting agent and they were pretty stone-faced in comparison! Go Paul!!!!!!

Can highly recommend using haart estate agents. They sold my house within 5 weeks. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Krystal was fantastic and her enthusiasm came through from taking the pictures of my property to the final few weeks. Michael also went over and above to get the property sold and both of them came across passionate about their work which reassured myself as a client. Charlotte being new to haart had confidence when speaking over the phone which only goes to show how good the team are. Every team member I came into contact with showed professionalism and knowledge which is what you want in an estate agency. They knew the area and their process of open house works brilliantly- I was away during the open house and they very kindly kept a set of keys and left the property as I had left it. Would definitely recommend this estate agents to anyone looking to sell swiftly with reassurance and confidence your being looked after. I was attracted to haart because I liked the sound of their marketing strategy and appreciated the enthusiastic, professional way their services were presented to me. In retrospect, I believe choosing haart was the best decision I could have made and have never once regretted it. I doubt I could have found another estate agent with such a good combination of high professional efficiency, friendliness and attention to detail. This took a lot of the strain out of the stressful experience of selling a property following a bereavement. All the staff I had contact with in the Harborne branch, especially the manager David, were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I never had the feeling I was being fobbed off. Appointments were kept punctually and they returned calls when they said they would. My thanks to all the team! I will be forever grateful to Krystle for her professional competence, her enthusiasm for her work and her honest appraisal at each stage as she guided me through all the ups and downs of the selling process. I had confidence that the property was in safe hands, and that she would do her utmost to get the best possible price for me. Krystle took time to discuss options with me, reassure me and answer all my questions in a no-jargon, friendly way and if she didn’t know something would tell me so, and then find out the answer. I have dealt with a number of Estate Agents in the past (mainly for the purpose of buying investment properties), but I have to say that Haart have been the best, in terms of being responsive, professional and helpful. They haven't constantly chased us throughout the Sale process, like many Agents are prone to do, as they're just keen to get their commission and move on to the next deal. We purchased our first residential home through Haart and I've definitely felt the least amount of pressure in getting the Sale over the line, even though I know the Vendors were keen to get the job done, as they were purchasing a home themselves. We weren't rushed / hurried by any means, is what I'm trying to allude to and they've been good post-completion too. They also accommodated us when we wanted to view the property on several occasions. A special mention must go to Charlotte Beamon, who provided exceptional customer service throughout and Michael Prince, who was also very good.

Although more expensive than some other agents after many months of my house hardly being viewed and certainly no offers Krystle Ainsworth's incredible persistence and hard work winning me around to switch to them meant with Haart I enjoyed infinitely better service and a genuine sense of commitment to getting the right buyer. It's a very good team at Haart. I sold my house with them and after getting a number of valuations, ranging crazily in price, Haart seemed the most confident of getting the price I wanted. While one of the more expensive estate agents, I was very impressed with Krystal's attitude so decided to pick Haart over the others (can I just say that Purple Bricks came in with a valuation waaaaay under what the house was actually worth). After signing on with Haart, I didn't have too much interaction with Krystal again, which was a shame as I thought she was really good. But Kasim and Charlotte stepped in to actually take viewings, and we had lots of interest and a few offers within a few months. Michael then took over, and he was the person I was most impressed with. He kept me updated with all stages of the process, gave good advice throughout and kept me cool when an offer fell through and there were some issues with the person who did end up buying the house. There were problems throughout, none of which were Haarts fault, but Michael kept a level head and without him I probably would have lost it. Responses to questions are fast and you feel there is a good structure to the team, so don't have much to complain about. It wasn't as smooth a transaction as I would have hoped, but that does not reflect on Haart who I know did their best throughout the process, so thanks a lot guys, appreciate it! On a side note, wouldn't recommend the solicitors they suggest (Blacks). They delayed the sale of the house when I was at my wits end because they hadn't asked me for proof of address, something they could have done months in advance.

I was delighted to be informed by my payment manager that I am in rent arrears of £1400, because for some reason Haart failed to transfer it across for the past 3 months. Oh and if you need any repairs done, you may as well do it yourself. It took about 3 weeks and 3 engineer visits to fix a leak in the bathroom, and it ended up just being fixed by duct tape, which inevitably ended up leaking again. Bad service and bad communication. For a estate agent with very high ratings I expect better.
