Highly recommend the Harborne branch. They promised to get viewers through the door and within the month I had had 4 or 5 times more viewings compared to my previous agents and a few offers to pick from. My initial contact with Tara was through Gum tree where my flat was advertised for let. I was really impressed with the fact that Tara was thinking out of the box by accessing Gum tree. We spoke and I found her polite, mature, supportive and professional. She answered all my questions, but would refer me to her manager Davand if a question out of her remit could not be answered. I found Davand very professional, mature and supportive. I took the step and let Haart advertise my flat. They found a professional tenant within a few days. This was very impressive! Thank you to Haart Estate agents who were very helpful from the start with finding a new tenant for our flat at the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. Tara has been incredibly helpful and friendly, helping us through what turned out to be a very stressful lettings process. This is the first letting process I have been through in many years and man have things changed! Arranging the move for my elderly mother, who was moving from a a local authority to a private rental the process was far more complicated and stressful then I anticipated but Tara has been great throughout, quick to provide information and respond to queries - even out of hours. I was less impressed with HomeLet, the referencing agency Haart use, (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) who seemed to provide contradictory information as to what they required and overcomplicate the process. We wasted a week providing additional information so they could avoid paying a £25 fee for a reference from moms previous landlord (something I was willing to pay if needed) only to be told afterwards that they still needed the reference and the fee paid! seriously?! With the exception of one gentleman I spoke to when i called HomeLet directly out of sheer frustration, who was great, their service was frustrating at best. Despite all this drama Tara, remained friendly, upbeat and helpful, doing everything she could to help us through the process. I'd recommend her services.

Me: I don't know, I have to think about the flat Their agent: There is someone right now on hold for renting the flat Me: ok then, this is the flat's fate She: So you don't want it? I keep the other client busy till you decide then! I call you back! This is a typical dialogue with these people I guess. She tried everything to manipulate me to rent that flat. It is called sales-technique I reckon. The problem is that agent was not enough intelligent, or beautiful, or charming or anything to fulfill the manipulation. A few weeks later when I called them, they recalled me and ignored my request for a viewing. Thanks to the market, there are many other agents, but these people neither have guts to explicitly be who they are, nor have intelligence to be master-manipulators. Avoid them

Krystle came to look at the flat I was selling near the centre of Birmingham just before the first lockdown, and valued the flat taking into account all the positives and suggested by far the strongest recommended listing price - others did not seem to understand thinks like leasehold at all or the value of the extended lease we had paid for last year. The pictures and video overview were excellent and I was very pleased when we had an offer shortly after the first lockdown ended. Krystle and her team were excellent throughout the process and I recommend them to anyone in the area.
