Was a really simple and easy to view the property thanks to Shannon. She was knowledgable, friendly and informative. Regularly calling us with updates and helped us through the process of our application, answering any queries we had. Would really recommended haart estate agents, for a more friendly and personal touch to renting and buying properties. There’s even an online portal to keep you informed and to report any maintenance needed.

I cannot recommend Haart enough. Initially, there were some agents that had a slightly lower %fee. However, I was convinced that Krystle and her team’s service would be worth it. She was clear and honest about a sensible asking price to go to market. Our property was put on the market so quickly with lovely photos and video. Both Krystle and Dilwar have been incredible in guiding us through the process from there, managing viewing days well and helping us move past one abortive sale and then long chain with immense pressure. Both Krystle and Dilwar have always been at the end of the phone or e-mail and kept us in the loop. I have been able to lean on them and have always felt like my back is covered. Dilwar - thank you for your concerted efforts throughout!

Elisha has been extremely friendly, professional and responsive from day 1 and helped us secure a tenant almost immediately.
