First class service from Mitchell Purewal at Haart estate agents. Very professional, quick to reply, honest to advice if he didn’t know something and got a response in good time. Very knowledgeable about houses he showed and extremely flexible on showing properties even at short notice. Great communication skills and a very good listener - which is very important as a potential buyer in my case - as to my requirements. I would strongly recommend anyone to seek out Mitchell and Haart estate agents.

Polite, helpful and efficient! The renting scene is Birmingham can be very chaotic and was so when we were looking for a property. We were interested in a property in Harborne so spoke to Kamran Khaliq from Haart and he managed to fit us in to a viewing within the same day! We were shown around the property - he wasn't intrusive or pushy, just let us have our space to look around and check things out. Kamran helped us with any information we needed and so with all this, we decided to put in our application. Within 2 hours, he had liasied with the landlord and called us to let us know we had the property. Following this, I have been in email communication with Kamran and he has answered all questions and queries I've had. Thank you Kamran!

Had a visit from Haart as I have been renting now for over 3 years. The regular check up was done by Lesley. Lesley was so friendly, couldn’t fault her approach as during the visit we were offered much support and any concern we have with the normal property upkeep was taken on board. A few days later now, I’ve had a text message and a phone back from Lesley reassuring that all our concerns are being addressed! Really couldn’t fault the customer service on this one. Superb!

If I’m being honest, didn’t have the best experience with them. Quite a lot of bureaucracy - I would get contacted by multiple people about the same thing when I had already responded to the first person about it. Would also get a LOT of phone calls from them while at work, things that could’ve easily been an email, to the point where I had to ask them to contact me via email only - mostly they took this on board but only after I pushed quite hard for it and even then there were still a few calls here and there. There was also a maintenance issue I reported, and then chased up again, and it never got fixed the whole time I lived there. But Davand is really helpful, and generally the people who work there are quite nice, I just think they need to have a look at the way they manage things because as a tenant it was quite frustrating for me.

Josh has been showing us around a property in the area and patiently answering all of our questions. He's polite, professional and really knows his stuff about the area. He did that good a job of showing us around that we booked a second viewing for the next available day! Would recommend Haart, but a particular shout-out to Josh! Update: We closed on the house!
