GoogleYesterday, I booked a viewing of a property located in Harborne and then went to the property to view it on time today. Unfortunately, there was no agent from Haart. I had several phone calls with them, but they did not respond. Such inadequate service!

GoogleWhat a fantastic agent! Hardworking, chases feedback, gives you the honest feedback and never gives up on potential viewings. They really are the full package. Not the cheapest, but their marketing and approach is refreshing and absolutely worth that little bit extra. They made us feel that they were working with us and never the potential buyers.

I do usually find communication with Haart to be difficult overall, but these 2 really are superstars with whatever issues I have.

FacebookThe most unprofessional letting agent ever. 1. Haart lied about 2 property visits per year. 2. Haart lied about the tenants moving into the house. 3. Haart lied about the rent they received and not paying you. They charged 2 months service charge because they knew before hand from the next month the tenant is not paying. 4. After almost 2 years without receiving any rent. Haart has not done anything to resolve the matter but asked the landlord to pay the tenant to leave. 5. Haart manager needs 7 chase up emails to respond with a message “I will answer your email tomorrow “ HOWEVER tomorrow never comes. 6. Instead of using your own insurance contractor they sent in their own contractors and invoice you the bill. 7. Haart manager arranged a zoom meeting and did not turn up. 8. Phoned twice and emailed but no response.
