GoogleThe negotiator Dav tells joke. As a international student, I was agreed to be guaranteed by my parents who doesn't live in UK. After paying the holding fees, he then turned up saying disapproval about the guarantor and gave me two choices, ask me to pay full annual fees upfront for the period I required or to find a UK guarantor which I couldn't.

GoogleAfter a pretty rubbish experience with another estate agent we came to Haart after a failed sale. They were amazing from start to finish and helped us sell our property for a good price in a difficult economic climate and slow season for house sales. All staff were fantastic but Michael, Charlotte and Krystal stood out for us. I would highly recommend them.

When we viewed the property we partially impressed with Michael Prince's approach, who left us to explore the house without breathing down our necks.
