GoogleI recently let my property through Haarts Harborne, Birmingham and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff were very polite, professional and helpful - I was particularly impressed with Inderpaul and Davand. They worked very quickly and seamlessly in procuring me an excellent tenant within a very short time. I am also impressed with the efficiency of the Inventory Clerk, Harry. All in all these staff members worked hard to make my experience stress free. Keep up the good work.

FacebookTurned up for a viewing, they didn't. Told us WE cancelled the appointment and it was our fault... lettings team are rude and the people who answer the phone are even worse. Appalling service, and complaint sent to the branch manager. Disgusted with this company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

GoogleI can highly recommend Haart if you're keen to rent a property, with a friendly agency who prioritise the needs of the customer. With only a couple of weeks to move house, I viewed a property quickly and efficiently and received fantastic customer service from Estate Agent, Paul. Most paperwork can be completed online too, which makes it even more convenient if you have a busy job! 5 stars for being utterly brilliant! Thank you so much!
