From start to finish, it was excellent service. Kasim Mukhtar dealt very professionally with each and every task and kept us fully informed through out the process. He was quick in getting responses from the Solicitors and chasing them as and when needed. Michael stepped in and out from time to time to further guide us through out the process which was really appreciable. On Thursday the 13th of October I broke down on harborne high street by harrt I havent been driving for long and started to panic it didn't help that a West Midlands bus driver was shouting abuse at me when a lovely man called Harry came out of harrt to see if I was ok he kindly moved my car for me and calmed me down he also helped me get in touch with my mom who I was meant to be picking up from work and made sure I was ok till someone got to me I can't thank him enough don't no what I would of done if he didn't help me as no one else seemed bothered either was shouting at me or stood staring thanks again u saved the day

My personal experience has been that I have found the team at Haart Harborne to be very professional and conscientious of the work that they are doing for you. Even at a very stressful time I felt that the team really do try and do all they can to assist you. We personally had major issues with one of the buyers solicitors in our chain (countrywide... what ever you do; do not use them for your legal work and think twice about getting involved in any chain that involves them, they are terrible and very very unprofessional) , yet the Haart team tried endlessly to contact the solicitor's, resolve the unnecessary delays and tried to move the contract exchange along as quickly as possible. A special mention must go out to the Branch Manager Benjamin Marsden and the two staff members who helped us who were Michael(sorry not sure of his surname) and Krystle Ainsworth. I would recommend these three to anyone who wants a professional service from people who do exactly what they say they will.

I went for the established agent in my area Englands and was so disappointed by the relaxed and lazy approach they took for my sale that I decided to try the new kids on the block Haarts! I have to say what a breath of fresh air they were, From the off they were personable and attentive to all of my requests, I was able to speak directly with all of the team and gained a real sense that you had a team that were looking out for you! As you will all recognise hiccups arose but I had total confidence that I had a team that supported me through the sale and I was vindicated in that confidence all the way through! I personally would strongly recommend this team as I found them supportive/ helpful/ engaged/ energetic and throughout professional! For me a no brainier I shall use them again!

The team at Haart Harborne, and I stress the word team, made selling my property almost painless. David, Kristle and Michael work as a team - their communication and marketing skills are excellent and I was kept up to date with progress constantly. This communication line extended to DC Law, the lawyers from the panel of firms working with Haart and there was never an 'oh I'll have to check that out and come back to you' moment. So good was the relationship between client (me), Haart and DC Law that at one stage Michael wondered if he was my PA. So, on the basis of their communication skills and marketing approach I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our experience with Haart was brilliant all the way through, they ensured a quick sale and a sale which was right for us and the buyer, they made the process smooth and were really helpful as this is the first time I have sold a property. I'm very glad I chose Haart Harborne. Another agent cancelled my sales valuation last minute, so I rang Haart who came out within the hour which impressed me. Kasim came out and later followed up our meeting, reassuring me that their service would very good. We agreed a sale 2-3 weeks after going on the market and then Michael did a stellar job seeing the sale through to exchange. Genuinely the best experience I've had with an agent, despite the road being bumpy at times (which was not their fault). Always quick to reply to my messages and quick to take phone calls. Very impressed overall.

We have recently listed our home in Harborne with Haart and have been thrilled with the service so far. Right from Krystle’s first visit where she spent around 2 hours finding out what we love about our home, what our needs are and explaining Haart’s services, through to the 3 hours she spent photographing and helping to prepare the house...even sweeping leaves in the garden to ensure we got the best out of the images! Selling a home can be very stressful and it has helped a lot that Krystle has always been available to handle any queries. We have recently sold our home using Haart estate agents. I cannot fault the level of service provided. From the moment Krystle came to do our valuation, she went out of her way to help me rearrange my home to show it in the best light and gave me some great advice to help present my home. Our house sale hasn't been the most straight forward but Charlotte remained determined and positive to find us the right buyer. She always gave us meaningful feedback and was happy to talk through any queries I had. A special thank you has to be to Michael. A true professional who kept the sale of our property moving along. He was always on top of everything to do with our property and I never needed to ask him to do something as he would have already done it! Haart is by far the best estate agent I dealt with in the past three years. Super efficient, reliable, friendly and open in regards to all matters. Kasim in particular is a real bless in finding deals and follow through any outstanding problem to make the process of buying and selling house completely hassle free. I couldn't recommend a better person when it comes to properties as he is always there when you need him, even outside of office hours. He doesn't only shows expertise and professionalism but works with enthusiasm, care and passion to ensure that both parties involved are happy and fully satisfied. Excellent service, through absolutely no fault of the agents the first 2 sales fell through, however they worked tirelessly and kept on top of the marketing to eventually secure a successful sale. The whole team have been great but Michael in particular has been an absolute star throughout, to the extent he was going above and beyond working in his own time due to chase up actions with the buyer who was living in an opposing time zone.
