GoogleQuick and easy. My first experience of finding a property to let. Haart Estate Agents, Harborne, Birmingham were brilliant. Paul listened to what I was looking for and suggested I do a drive-by of a property that he had just taken on. I was the first person through the door the following day and did the deal. GoogleI had a chance to arrange a letting from haart Harbon, but I changed my mind in the last minute because another letting opportunity which suits more our needs. But the experience I had in haart was really different. Professionalism , responsive, accurate , prefect tenant portal. All these haart was on the top of that. Toby W made everything smooth for us from the first viewing till finish all the steps , even when we had to change our mind has was very supportive. GoogleReally lovely to deal with from viewing to referencing. Tara was easygoing and very responsive with all my messages. Other agencies can be quite rude in Birmingham but Haart seem lovely in comparison.

GoogleHave been following Haart ever since we rented from them.Its been almost a year Repeated emails and phone calls...nothing moves them to action . We are living with leakage spreading to d whole house . All that they say is we will look into it . I am writing this review with the hope that something will be done . Please Haart ppl , have some empathy for people who trust you and look upto you to solve their problems if they have rented from you. It's been 1 long year of turmoil and mental agony dealing with you. Looking and requesting for an action soon.
