Kasim Mukhtar has been very helpful. Took time to explain and answer all of our questions related to house purchase. Arranged appointment to view the property at short notice, also made us aware of other properties which we might be interested in. Overall great experience dealing with Haart agency and very good customer care. I only have good things to say about Haart agency (Harborne) and their agent that dealt with us - Kasim Mukhtar. I have been dealing with other estate agencies in Birmingham - but Haart and Kasim Mukhtar gave us the best experience in trying to help us find our first property.

I bought my first home with Haart's estate agents in Harborne and I cannot recommend them enough. They were so very helpful, particularly Kasim Mukhtar and Vicky Manon. They communicated very well, kept me informed about everything. The sale itself was very fast, it took two months only. Kasim recommended Just Mortgages as the mortgage broker, and Hillyer McKeown (Andrew Hazeldine - solicitor) as the conveyancing solicitors' firm - they both provided a superb service. Overall, they all made my first house buying experience as hassle and stress free as humanly possible. Highly, highly recommend them.

I am a portfolio landlord and I have had my properties managed with another agent, however after speaking with Paul at haart with his professionalism and knowledge about the local area, I decided to pass on my properties to haart. I have two more properties to pass over, as soon as my terms end with the current agent I will be giving them to you. Paul and the team at haart have been great throughout my journey, going the extra mile and carrying out viewings/picking up calls while other agents are closed. I've travelled to Birmingham on Thursday, October 3rd for apartments viewing and liked very much one, managed by Haart Letting Agents Harborne. I moved there last Saturday, October 12th, relocating from Glasgow. People from Haart Letting were acting very professional and helped me a lot to move as smooth as possible for this short period. I can only recommend this company and especially the agent I was mostly in contact, including the flat viewing - Komal Rani. Glad I decided to work with Haart. My flat was rented out in the SAME WEEK it was advertised, where another agency failed for about 3 months. Thank you Jat & Paul. Now working with Rachael & Asha on the management side of the rental and I've been kept informed & given assurance on every step that they are taking care of all matters (for me as landlord and for the tenant as well to ensure they're happy with the move-in) All my questions are answered promptly and communication is fantastic - thank you both! Haart has let out my property for a few years now and I can’t recommend the company enough. Nothing is too much trouble for the team in Harborne to sort. They have always found great tennants and have really listened to what l wanted. Asha and the team are always on the other end of the phone or email when and if a problem arises which is good to know and have. Kyle. The viewing was good but after that it’s a nightmare to get hold of anyone in the office. Called them multiple times only to hear that they will call back, which they don’t. It’s understandable that the market is favouring the landlords and the agency due to demand but you still as a business need to show some empathy to the clients.
