GoogleBig thanks to Rachel Morton whos dealt with my dads property. His tenants left big arrears and damage but shes sorted everything. Got tenants to pay and got the deposit for us. Thought we would lose out but shes been excellent fighting for us and weve felt supported and safe in her hands. Big big thanks.

GoogleThe lettings agency were responsible for a fully managed service for my four-bedroom house. They withheld the checkout report until after the tenants received their deposit. This was despite me showing a broken toilet seat and a hole in the wall around a light switch. In addition, Rachel Norton who went on holiday before sending the checkout report, included photos of the house before it was let to represent photos taken after the tenants moved out. My beautiful living room floor was damaged by the agent who signed me up when he was taking photographs with a great big tripod that he dropped on the floor in front of me! When I visited the property the tenants had fitted a carpet in the dining room over the hard flooring and damaged the expensive laminate floor. Rachel must have seen there were no carpets in the property when Haart first took pictures but she concealed this in the delayed checkout report. Nice reports but my service was clearly very poor. I would never recommend this agency.

GoogleI've been with haart for 3-4 years and I must say i've been looked after to a high standard. Asha Seniaray-Grant has provided me extensive support and resassurance as being a landlord, whereby majority agencies really do lack that element of service. I did encounter bad compiling and management from connells. So landlords please do ask for Asha, who I think is a drving force for haart harborne.
