GoogleService is really bad and disappointing. We moved out in September but can’t get back our deposit(at the end of Nov). We emailed and called the agency for thousand times. They kept ignoring our concern.

GoogleIncredibly bad service and hope you guys can realize it is not reasonable to collect only part of rent late of one month without any explanation and apologies for your contracted landlord client. am sick of endless chases without getting your responses.

GoogleLiterally the best agency. Me and my partner just moved to a new place and we had some little faults in the flat and so we reported them to the agency. It's amazing how fast these people solve out all the issues. Great team of Samantha, Erica and Elton. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this agency. They are so friendly and professional at the same time. I am really happy to have let a property with them, can definitely live peacefully as they are so reliable. :)))) Oh and most importantly, they were so patient and helpful during the process, most agencies just wanna rush and get their money but Essence truly cares about it's customers. They helped us way too much throughout the whole procedure and guided us on what needs to be done. Fun Fact, we didn't even know a few things related to letting laws for tenants and were fooled by previous agencies. God bless we found the right people.

Hi Joseph, we are sorry you feel this way. Please note all deposit are registered with approved deposit scheme, if you don’t feel the propose deductions is are fair you can raise this with the deposit scheme and they will be able to evaluate if the claim is fair.

GoogleWent to a viewing in local crescent, agent sent a replacement to meet us, they couldn't find the keys and didn't know who we were until we called head office. Disorganised- avoid.

GoogleI have been looking for a property for a few days until I came across Essence Property agency through Rightmove, I have been dealing with Erica and I wanted to get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible and to be honest, she has exceeded all of my expectations! We had our viewing on Wednesday afternoon and we will be moving to our new flat on Monday, talk about speed! They have a polite and personable manner and are willing to go above and beyond to help - For oversea investor, they help me translate the document and really quick to sort problems and respond to emails phone call to me, and help me to rent this property from another management company which are really difficult to get hold with. GoogleGreat lettings agent. Samantha in particular has always been very helpful and got things sorted out very quickly when necessary. Essence always use good quality tradesmen when required. Have only ever had an issue when the landlord has tried to cut Essence out of the loop and do things themselves and used low quality tradesmen and just generally been slow and inefficient.
