GoogleI moved into the apartment without being told that there were two shattered windows from floor to ceiling. I was told the windows would be fixed asap and during my entire tenancy the windows did not get fixed no matter how many times I emailed and called them about it. The windows also leaked in rain water and they still did nothing. When I had to move out early from the apartment they charged me £600 on top of my rent even though they had a new tenant ready to move in. When I moved into the apartment it was not cleaned properly so I had to do a deep clean for myself and although I left the apartment spotless they still kept my entire deposit and claimed that they needed to have it cleaned. I would constantly email and call the agency and would not get a call back or emailed response. Overall a poor experience from both the agency and the landlord.

GoogleCouldn't be worse! They ask for small deposit in our renting application and did not return the money back within the 3-5 working days as it suppose to. Play according to the market demand, advertising a price and increasing it as per convenience of landlord!
