Honestly , I can’t be more grateful for service and the professionalism. The best agency so far and I really applaud the staff especially Clara and Logan . I rent a property via this agency and i found them on RightMove. Logan and Clara was super helpful about all the process. The platform they are using called ''good lord'' seems a little bit shady at first but it turned out so well at the end with all the patments and rest. Lastly, before my move in date there was some issue about my boiler and they warn me before but unfortunately it took 2 weeks to arrange an engineer to fix it so that was unfortunate. Overall, it was a great experience for a newby in country and i am definetely recommending them!

A terrible and liar estate agent! I had rented houses from many agents but this one was nightmare I swear I had big headache with them! Whenever we had a problem they were not answering the phone, after many attempts I were able to talk with Them, and the answer was ( the landlord is outside of the country we will contact him as soon as we can) for whole year this was the reply for me! Our property manager was a lady Charlene and the man who signed the contract with on the first day he was Neil! Always Charlene was cutting the phone in the middle of conversation. Finally after seven months I warned them I said to the Neil I’m not going to pay rent until the problem is not solved! He came to the house and I said to him why the property manager she not picking up the phone and why she is hanging the phone in the middle conversation? He said she is doing these things in the office with me and others as well. He said this is my private phone number from now on you can contact me. There was problems with inventory report, there was problems with house and so on. After that the story was the same he was saying I’m contacting the landlord and he is out of country. Anyway whole year gone at the end, I carefully checked out the property with Neil and I left it, he said everything is good even better. He confirmed. When we claimed for deposit he said There is one bulb is missing £45 charge Meter is -£8 and so many things! As I showed him there was £14 in the gas meter and £11 on electricity but he ignored later on! My comment for there service is It’s better to sleep on the street but not rent a property from this estate agent! Charlene and Neil they are the worst people I ever seen in the costumer service!
