GoogleTERRIBLE SERVICE. My tenancy ended almost 3 months ago and they have refused to refund my deposit and are unresponsive to my emails. Fraudulent agency. AVOID!!

GoogleMy current property with Empire lettings is fantastic; it's quiet and close to public transportation, my room is spacious and well-furnished. I'd like to thank Mrs Topi, my property manager, for her prompt response and resolution to my queries; it's made my stay more enjoyable.

Awful service, cleaning completely substandard and took numerous emails and a month to get a refund. Dreadful communication to their own cleaners, let alone customers. Emails received from them were downright sarcastic and rude.
