GoogleWe used Empire lettings to help find somewhere in Birmingham. Empire and Teah were excellent from start to finish, incredibly knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Teah went through great lengths to find us a property that matched our needs in difficult circumstances (Covid) and she went above and beyond what we expected of her. FacebookDelay rental payment without response ! No response to emails and no answer telephone calls for more than one week !
AVOID this company who were acting as agents managing the shared space for our residents' management company. They don't respond to emails or calls, have charged for services that were not provided but most importantly have not handed over our service fees to the new company for them to pay all of the unpaid bills that piled up while they were supposed to be looking after things. There is noone at the address they provide, they don't answer phone calls and if you do manage to speak to someone, in our case Josh, he either knows nothing or is about to go on holiday so can't help.

GoogleThe lady managing our property does not respond timely to requests washing machine has been broken since before Christmas’s till this day it has not been fixed but she told us that washing machine parts where ordered.
