My overall stay with empire was amazing. The facilities were in working order, there was a lot of free space and they really do provide a comfortable setting to the environment. The team aswell were very helpful and accommodating with our stay. I’d like to give a special thanks to their facilities manager Ojo who is very welcoming and helpful for anything we needed in the apartment, his work is very valued.

Avoid at all costs. Empire, the management company were unhelpful from start to finish.

Apartment in Sheepcote St, Birmingham was nice, however sadly it is managed by an UNprofessional and UNreliable host (Empirelpm). If you like to stay in clean accommodation, then this is not the company to use. After untold amount of phone calls and emails an refund was agreed. We are 5 months on and this has still not been honoured. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID!!!! Paul Tanner of empire took a 2k deposit from me for a property which was subsequently down valued by 3 separate mortgage providers (no one’s fault) meaning we were unable to proceed with the sale. After advising my deposit would be refunded by noon the next day, Tanner then avoided me for a week, refusing to take or return my calls- I then received an email from him advising he was keeping £1k of my deposit for ‘admin’. Luckily, I have some good friends in the industry who were appalled at his actions and got involved on my behalf, thankfully resulting in my £ being refunded. He is a cheat, a liar and a scam artist- don't go anywhere near them, if you really must deal with him don't pay any money in advance because you won't get it back, I've since found out he is known in the industry for all the wrong reasons - I wish l'd known this before meeting him! There are plenty of other agencies, don't take the risk with this absolute shark, Paul Tanner is seriously bad news and should be avoided at all costs

I would have given 3 stars but my experience with Raza changed my decision to 5 stars. From my first experience not getting a property I really wanted to viewing a second one and later learning of my current offer, Raza walked me through the whole process and was readily available via text and call to explain any question I had. He was so responsive even when I sent queries late after working hours. Definitely would recommend Empire Lettings but most if you get in touch, ask for Raza. His approach to customer experience and management is top notch.

Amritvir Sunner consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism over the course of my tenancy. The property management is great, hence the two stars. However, WAQAS from the account department despite unfairly deducting my deposit still refused to refund my deposit for over a month because he knows that the deposit isn't protected by deposit protection scheme. I got attended to when I initiated a court process. When you move out and need your deposit to be refunded, be ready to be gaslighted and given silent treatment by Waqas (accounts) till you follow up with a court processess or just their deposit properties until they start protecting your deposits, or look for their no deposit option.

Fantastic company communication is great and can't do enough to help the sales process easy .
