GoogleWe engaged with Edwards and Gray earlier this year when we decided to move house. From day one they were extremely professional and responsive when helping to put our house on the market. They provided a good competitive rate and also advised us properly on the price we should sell our house for. They have an amazing process when it comes to taking pictures of your property and making promotional videos which is a cut above the rest in the area and really was something that drew us to the company. We were so impressed with the content that they produced. They made our house look beautiful! They lined up a lot of viewings and worked around our schedule, they also provided feedback for every viewing which was helpful for us. When our house sold they kept in contact with us throughout and even though the process was long due to various reasons out of our/their control we felt comfortable that they were on top of things and made the process very stress free for us. We would definitely use E&G again, they sold our house quickly and minimised a lot of hassle/stress that often comes with moving! I would highly recommend them to anyone. We worked personally with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing!

FacebookWe finalised the sale of our property yesterday. At the beginning of the process the agent we were dealing with was fantastic, unfortunately as soon as our sale was agreed she left the company. Since that date we have had no contact from Edward’s and Gray other than 2 courtesy telephone calls and an email with incorrect property details they were selling on our behalf. We have had to speak to the buyer directly and deal with the solicitors ourselves. They are supposed to work as an intermediary and have been non existent in the process. When the final exchange happened we have not heard anything from this agent to advise us or thank us for our custom despite paying them 2% plus vat (significant sum) on the sale price. As a family we are extremely disappointed with the service and absolutely would not recommend this selling agent.
