GoogleThis being the fourth house we sold along the years, I must say Emma was the best agent and company we have used. Professional, knowledgeable and always available throughout the process. The online videos and photos of the house were fantastic, highly recommend the guys at Edwards and Gray :)

GoogleI have dealt with many estate agents over the years and this is by far the best company. Charlotte was our nominated agent and I can't praised her enough. She was very supportive, friendly, professional, approachable, punctual, always answered any enquires promptly. She was also very pro-active, at times acting as a catalyst to speed the whole process when the solicitors were not pulling their weight. She made the whole process of buying a house so stress free. GoogleSimply brilliant! Our house went on the market with brilliant photos and marketing (the social media presence is particularly good) and sold it in 2 days. That alone would be enough to recommend them but the post sales service was just as professional and thorough. Charlotte kept us informed, was positive, upbeat, helpful and most importantly kept the chain talking, together and progressing. A really great example of what modern estate agency should look like. GoogleI am so pleased that I chose this company to sell my property. Emma was a wonderful combination of professionalism and friendliness. From the start I felt that she was someone that I could trust and she definately lived up to my expectations.Throughout the whole process she was always available to answer questions, sort out issues and calm my nerves ! Priced our property realistically - produced fabulous details, photo's & video - Looked after all viewings - sold it very quickly! Then the excellent service continued & Charlotte kept us in the loop of the whole chain all the way along , Was available to speak to at any time incl evenings & weekends and kept all communications going with agents and also solicitors above & below in the chain. GoogleEmma was brilliant from start to finish, gave great advice and kept us well informed. Emma even recommended a mortgage broker and conveyancer who were both excellent too, making the whole process (on our side) seamless. Friendly and approachable while maintaining professionalism at all times, you get the personal touch with Edwards and Gray that other estate agents are lacking (I know this from past experience). I would definitely recommend Edwards & Gray to anyone and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else if we were to move again in the future.

GoogleWe recently sold and bought our new place with Emma. Everything was handled in a really friendly and professional way and the most important thing for me was that Emma was contactable outside of normal hours. If you look on Rightmove you'll always see that the best photos are Edwards and Gray properties. Definitely recommend

GoogleSo "the wrong agent can ruin your sale" Is just that! .......... I can not express how pleased i am with Edwards and Gray for taking over the sale of my property. They were on it! I had used a high-street agent who frankly was only interested in taking money from me (glossy books/additional pics and on) They didn't attend one viewing! Once I was appointed with Alex Pawlowski - He new exactly what we needed..... GoogleI would highly recommend Emma Gough if you are looking for an Estate Agent to sell your home. We met Emma whilst viewing a property she was selling with Edwards & Gray in November, and found her to be very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. During the past 4 months we communicated regularly via text and phone calls and she kept us updated promptly, even on a Sunday and during the evening, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. Sadly the vendors haven't found anything they like and we are having to complete on our house sale, so have had to pull out of the purchase. Emma was very understanding, and it felt that she actually cared about our predicament. The marketing of our apartment was amazing, the video and pictures really showcased our home! Within 3 days we had an offer. There were a few hiccups along the way, outside of his or our remit, but he tackled each situation with determination and true professionalism.
