Extremely disorganised, barely answer the phone. I area nged a viewing, no confirmation text was sent, or info of meeting point, so when I had realised I tried to call the agency, which no surprise met with no answer. We then were able to get in contact the next day, after travelling 40mins each way to a property the agent was not in, for the viewing. Then trying to rebook the viewing, has been a headache, we were told that we were going to be sent a video viewing, and since Friday have been calling daily and still haven’t got a video viewing. I’ve decided not to deal with this agency, as the agents lack common sense, initiative and overall quite slow.

She was so helpful with any enquiries we had, always responding promptly and thoroughly. Disgusting Company! - AVOID!!

I Wouldn't even give this place 1 stars!They are the rudest estate agents iv had to deal with (Selly Oak Branch), iv recently just moved out of a property which I rented through Dixons & id definitely AVOID now if I was going to rent again . Timothy Reynolds was nothing but rude about me leaving threatening extra charges for leaving the property as he couldn't be botherd to read my tenancy agreement and see that under the break clauses I ended my tenancy in the correct way. All he cares about is getting his commission at the end of the day from there over priced properties. Daniella Lawmon also rude from this branch, questioning me about why I was leaving the property & also trying to threaten me with additional charges which where NOT in my agreement. They don't push the landlord on getting any repairs done they just fob you off on the phone with aload of rubbish to make sure you keep paying that rent every month so they get their commission!!. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Fake electrical certificate was given when bought a house through Dixons in Yardley

Bought a property through Dixons has a first time buyer and even decided to use David Smith for my Mortgage and I can say what a lovely man he is, he did all the hard work and running around, kept me updated at all times right until I had my house keys so thank you to him, will definitely be using him again and recommending him to all. When initially putting an offer on the house, I felt when it came to the price Zoe was playing on the fact I really liked the house and wanted it and so games were being played and I ended up paying £5k over the asking price which I really regret because when moving into the house, I found so many problems. When I spoke to Zoe about dodgy Electric work with a fake certificate given, she ignored it and said she can't do anything, even thou the person who sold the property is well known to Dixons. Highly advise everyone to paid and get a survey completed and not just rely on the Bank to theirs. Elite Properties LTD is the company that's sells house through Dixons with fake electric certificates.

Dixons Team: The team was an absolute delight to meet with. The sheer kindness, attention, abiltiy to answer each query, and honesty that they showed impressed us beyond measure. The team was extremely professional yet very comfortable to talk to and discuss everything in detail. This is something I have found missing in most of the other property agents, but not in the Dixons team. They were punctual, and had all the answers to our questions, which was extremely comforting for us. We knew we are in the right hands! The Property: We were due for a viewing of a property (20, Gladstone Road, B26 1DA) in Yardley, and it was hands down the best house we came across: intricately designed, breezey, flooded with natural light, and yet cozy to be in. The owner had gotten the place fully ready for the viewing, assuring everything was well in its place, well-painted and curated, which made the experience of viewing this property even more wonderful. The kitchen and bathroom of the property were architectural beauties and it goes without saying that the house showed what an exquisite taste the home owner has. 5 stars for the property and the Dixons team seem like an understatement, but that's the minimum they deserve!

Dixons Erdington Letting Services

Dixons Erdington, are a subsidiary of Countrywide run from their Warwick office. They provided abysmal management of my property. They missed 10 inspections over 5 years, lost the original contract, failed to handle tenant communications and their convoluted processes lead to repeated mistakes. Manager Raza Muhammad ignored my correspondence, was borderline aggressive when spoken to on the phone (the single time he spoke to me) and failed to provide the requested Terms of Business or confirm a move-out inspection, leaving me unaware of my property’s condition for re-letting. The branch was inexplicably closed during opening hours when I arrived to collect my keys, despite prior notification.
