We had a lovely agent called Leoni (Lee) today showing us around a property in Stourbridge. She was so lovely, knowledgable and related to us which eased us and made the experience one of our best. Fantastic! I've used Dixons for over 20 years to deal with my lettings portfolio. I wouldn't dream of using another Letting Agent. I can call at anytime and they will resolve any queries or issues I have immediately. They know the background of all my properties which helps with any dealings. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team there is amazing, which is a testament to Meg, the Lettings manager. Thank you, Meg, Holly and Freya.

I did not receive the level of mortgage support I expected from this company. While their general customer service was satisfactory, the mortgage advisor was not helpful. Despite charging a substantial fee, I do not feel that he secured the best possible deal for me. In my view, Mr. Mazar Singh appeared more focused on maximising his own profit than on acting in the best interests of the customer, particularly given his £700 fee.

I've recently completed, I was a first time buyer, I'd had a previous bad experience where a dodgy seller pulled out at the last minute and cost me money, I was kind of struggling with the whole process, but Dixons made it easy for me. I was shown round the property by Alison, who knew everything about the property and the area, even who the neighbours were, then from there Sarah handled it and she was brilliant, always keeping me informed and chasing the other solicitor. Then my solicitor went into administration and couldn't carry on working and even then Sarah told me exactly what to do and handled it all for me once I had a new solicitor. It was a massive relief in the end. I'd definitely recommend Dixons after that.

All communications between agents and landlord have been prompt. They provided with us all the information we needed to move and anything we may need in the future. Dixons - Erdington Branch - my brother and I sold our late parents property through Dixons Erdington. Charlotte Rose is a magician! Charlotte was superb from the outset with open and honest discussions about the property and excellent advice to sell the property via the Modern Auction Method. Charlotte had developers/buyers on her books who didn’t waste time. They visited the house and confirmed the same afternoon that they wanted to buy the house. A stress-free sale with no fuss and no mess. Also, Charlotte was very supportive, caring and assisted with arranging ID checks and documentation for my brother. Charlotte, again, turned into a magician by having a stunning flat on her books which was perfect for my brother and she negotiated a great price. The whole team at the Erdington Branch were approachable as well as completely professional - I would totally 100% recommend the team in Erdington. Thanks so much.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Dixon Yardley agents for a viewing on Shirley Road in Acocks Green, B27, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The agents, I think one of them's name is sophie exuded kindness, professionalism, and a genuine eagerness to assist with any inquiries I had. Their ability to answer every question thoroughly and promptly was truly impressive. Moreover, the property itself was an absolute gem. From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how lovely and neat everything was. The up-to-date amenities made for a modern and comfortable living space, while the charming woodwork added a touch of character to the home. The garden was a delightful addition, offering a peaceful retreat in the midst of a vibrant neighborhood. Overall, my experience with Dixon Yardley was nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail, coupled with their friendly demeanor, made for a viewing experience that surpassed all expectations. I went to Dixon for a flat on Oldbury, all god till i got there to see the propriety i was shocking in what condition was the flat, absolutely disgusting, they want 850£ rent for one bedroom and another 850£ deposit, the condition of the walls absolutely unbelievably all wallpaper falls down and tales from kitchen missing, no dors between bedroom and kitchen, and at the end I have refused to get the flat they refuse to refunding my holdings fees, absolutely legal robers this agents.

Every member of Staff from Zoe to Becky are all simply amazing. They will guide you through the process even if you have zero knowledge or experience.
