My husband and I would like to say a big thank you to Dixon, especially Koren. Koren provided a fantastic top-class service throughout the process. She has been highly professional and responsive, and the whole process from viewing the property to referencing took less than 48 hours. She also updated us with communication, sent us a video tour instantly and worked around us for viewings. Recently put an offer in for my first house and was super daunted by all the legal and morgage requirements that needed to be in place to make the purchase complete. Thankfully the team at Dixons Acocks Green helped me. Adam, Lee and Courtney were always a phone call away. I would recommend anyone buying there first home to buy the hand in hand house purchase service provided by Adam it does come at a fee but well worth it as all solicitors are in house and he will save you allot on your monthly morgage repayments.

Forget the money-thirsty Oakmans, go to Dixons!

I have dealt with Dixons Estate Agents on several house viewings in Birmingham, and my experience has been excellent. Amy and Claire are genuinely the nicest estate agents I have met. They are energetic, professional, and, most importantly, they take the time to listen. They really paid attention to my preferences for buying a house, made thoughtful recommendations, and never once tried to push a property on me that didn’t feel right. Their approach is completely different from my experience with Oakmans, where I always felt like just another person in a long queue and, at times, as if they were doing me a favour by showing a property. With Dixons, the process felt personal, respectful, and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking to buy or sell a house in Birmingham, I would definitely recommend going to Dixons.
