Stina was always kind and always asking me if everything is okay and always gave me loads of options to choose from, she made sure I am happy with the house and always on point when there was a viewing at a property.

Hi, i had a viewing with an outstanding agent, Hannah Jones, she was very good with the information, manners and extremely polite and very positive, she sorted out my application for mt apartment within 1 day she got back to me very quickly which is a crucial thing to do when somebody is looking to move into an apartment she was always smiling and very comfortable to talk too, i really enjoyed the viewing and getting to know her she's an outstanding agent and definitely deserves recognition for her skills and abilities as an estate agent and a brilliant person! Sophie is an absolute diamond, we've been renting with dixons for over a year, recently received a section 21 so we had to move. Sophie took charge and handled the situation perfectly, she kept us calm and informed through the whole process along with helping us find alternative accommodation. Agent delayed viewing booking by 10 minutes, then proceeded to be another 25 mins late. Unresponsive over texts, didn't introduce themselves and even had to have my appointment with another potential tenant at the same time due to delays. I found this absolutely unprofessional as they should have at least had the courtesy to do this 1-1. They did not have enough information about the property and felt very rushed to leave. Property was also not cleaned before the viewings, very off-putting state unlike as shown in listing photos.

Dealing with David for my mortgage has been interesting. 2 mortgage offers, 10 months to complete (buying from a trust). Throughout, David worked with us to get the best deal and he worked hard to get us over the finishing line. AVOID AVOID AVOID! The viewing with Hannah was fine and she was lovely. But after paying the deposits, first month's rent in advance and getting the keys it had all gone wrong. The boiler broke, the landlord left his belongings behind and is using the space i pay rent for for his car, then i find out my balcony has to be ripped up because of a leak into the apartment below. Raised multiple times with Jess and keep getting ignored. I have my own property to let out, which they know about, and there is no way I will let these cowboys manage it for me because the way they treat tenants is disgusting!

Hannah is the most disgusting person ever, I'm actually regretting giving her a good review, she has stolen my money and blamed me for not meeting certain requirements after i provided everything she needed, if certain requirements weren’t met then no problem, give me back my money and ill look elsewhere, dixons is trash and the service is trash, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, they will steal your money and blame u for it,

Very incompetent staff once you’ve signed your lease. Took Sophie months to sort out a simple lease change & the manager Ryan was even more clueless about the procedure. Pray you don’t have any issues with your place because they will take months to figure it out.The manager Ryan is rude & even more incompetent that the staff in his employ. All the reviews on here are done right after signing their lease, not a few years after dealing with their disgusting behaviour, so take them with a pinch of salt. Their employees change every other month, due to how terrible their management is.

Just glad I'm not using them to sell my house. Cannock branch is terrible. No one to answer phone and they don't reply to messages left. Finally booked a viewing and no-one turned up, total waste of time. Finally managed to view and put forward an offer and they failed to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Since then I found another property with another agent placed offer which was accepted. Thanks for nothing Dixons Cannock.
