GoogleGreat service from firstly Paul who was very professional and helpful with ensuring our offer was accepted, accommodating with viewings and friendly throughout the entire process. Also from Zoe who helped us through an awful solicitors process. She was very efficient liaising with the seller and their solicitors and ensured we closed the sale as smoothly as possible. This is what you expect from an estate agent especially being first time buyers. Thanks again.

Have been discussing our now property with Matt and Libby since February. They worked really hard to liase between myself and the seller and always kept both parties up to date.The knowledge Matt has is excellent and reassuring which made for an easier ride. They answered phones and emails in a timely manner and always made sure we where doing the right thing- definitely had our best interests at heart.Couldn't thank them enough for the honesty, hard work and overall kindness.The buying a home package was a lovely gesture too.

Have nothing but praise for the Kingsheath branch of Dixons & the girls there. Amelia & Emily have been absolutely amazing. Returned everyone of my calls,gave their immediate attention to all of my queries concerning the house sale & chased up replies from solicitors. GoogleAll the staff at Dixon yardley are very helpful and generous especially amber. She was helpful and very responsive when it came to finding me a property to rent. She was also very efficient in moving me in within the a week. I would most definitely use them again and have already spoke highly of them to friends and family who are thinking about moving or finding new properties

I am totally disappointed with dixons service i spose to move in property on 1st of april and they start the contract on 17 of april when i moved in the property there was leaking water from walls and they fix that in a week time and i have to call them everyday to please solve this problem there is no water in the property After that when i check the boiler there is no hot water I report that last monday 29th of april still waiting nothing happen I have 3 kids my kids got flu cough and my youngest one is 10 months old he is not feeling well I call them everyday and tell them please i have kids and their reply is waiting for the answer of landlord I am totally disappointed with this service I will never take any property from dixons and will never recommend to any one Totally disappointed with dixons and landlord behavior Before i moved to the property i asked the agent is there any other problems in the property and she said everything is working fine No customer service no response immediately waste of time

GoogleDO NOT BY ANY MEANS WHAT SO EVER RENT WITH DIXIONS!!! ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE BEING THE PROPERTY MANAGER!!!!!! I am leaving this review just to warn you. I have moved into MY WORST NIGHTMARE. When I first moved in the place was disgusting, the bathroom has woodlice crawling around, the toilet was broken and boiler making the flat shake with an extremely loud noise. It took 1 month for them to fix the toilet that would not flush and FLOODED MULTIPLE TIMES THE WHOLE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN FLOOR. The boiler is still not fixed. BUT THE WORST PART IS THE INSECT INFESTATION!!!! IM HAVING TO KILL SEVERAL SPIDERS ON THE DAILY DUE TO THEM LIVING IN THE BATHROOM AND BEDROOM!!!! I HAD TO VACUUM UP A NEST OF AROUND 30 BABY SPIDERS IN THE BUILT IN WARDROBE TODAY WHICH PUSHED ME OVER THE EDGE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. DIXIONS HAVE TOLD ME THEY WILL NOT BE HELPING. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT MYSELF TO GET THE INFESTATION FIXED. THIS IS THE FLAT THEY HAVE LET TO ME, IVE ONLY BEEN HERE 1 MONTH!!!! THEY ALSO TOLD ME SPIDERS ARE NOT PESTS!!! THEY ARE NOT EDUCATED ENOUGH TO DO A SIMPLE GOOGLE SEARCH TO FIND OUT SPIDERS ARE COMMON PEST!!!! IT IS THE LANDLORDS JOB TO MAKE SURE THE FLAT IS LIVEABLE AND TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NOT A PEST PROBLEM WHEN YOU MOVE IN!!! THEY ARE BEYOND A JOKE AND BEYOND DISGUSTING.
