Friendly, courteous team. Abi and Peter were efficient with viewings and Peter helped us negotiate a mutually agreeable price with the vendors. The whole purchase took longer than expected but would have taken longer still if it weren't for Molly, the sales progressor. With a combination of courtesy, attention to detail and sheer determination she managed to get the process back on track. She consistently went well over and above expectation to call all parties in the chain (solicitors, vendors, estate agents), gather relevant information and smooth the path that eventually led us to our new front door! We are very happily settled in our new home and grateful to the team at Dixons but especially to Molly for getting us there. 4 stars not 5 only because they are obliged to recommend conveyancing solicitors firm who caused a lot of avoidable delay. Absolutely no complaints for the Dixons Moseley team themselves.

I recently sold a flat in Moseley which I originally purchased through Dixons some years ago. I have been SO impressed by the service provided at every stage of the process. From the initial marketing, to negotiating, through to completion the whole team at Dixons has been consistently attentive, efficient, helpful and highly professional. Calls were always returned, emails always replied to, I really can't fault them. As I live in a completely different part of the country it was great to know that everything was in very safe hands the entire time. Thanks to everyone who was involved in this process - Abi, Peter, Molly, Samar - you are a credit to your profession and I can't recommend you highly enough.

I was delighted with the service I received from Dixons Moseley when selling our house. Abi, Molly and Pete were highly professional and responsive at all times. I met with a few estate agents before choosing them and really felt that they understood the Moseley area best. They sold our house very quickly and closely managed the process of completing the deal. From very start to finish, we were done in three months which I was really grateful for! They were always friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in Moseley and surrounding areas.

When myself and my wife came to Dixons in Mosely last year we were totaly lost and didnt know where to or how to even get on the property ladder and were scared at the same time as we didnt know what to expect. This is where we sat down and met with Samar Zaman from Countrywide at this branch.Words can not describe how plesent and proffesional Samar actually is.He guided us every step of the way and was on hand at every moment we needed him,he explained things to us when we did not understand he took control of things and we felt like he was with us all the way without fail. Very Happy with SAM ZAMAN (Based in Moseley Dixons office) in the Mortgage Department of COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGES . Wow what can I say?? Sam was a great help to me and my wife who was expecting at the time to get a Mortgage at a great rate. Sam was very courteous friendly and professional. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed by the application process. We have moved in and are very happy with our beautiful Home. We couldn't have done it without Sams expertise and knowledge. I have excellent feedback for Samar Zaman (countrywide mortgages). He’s very polite, explains everything beforehand. Ensures that you have understood the process and listens to what the client wants. For me Samar went that extra mile and liased with estate agents, updated me regularly, called me back at the earliest opportunity if he was with clients and his service to me has been fantastic. Samar really understands the client and recommends the products that are best suited for his clients. Thank you Samar for all your help. Its greatly appreciated and without your help I wouldn’t have been able to purchase our dream house so thank you. I've rented a property through Dixons in which I was told that I can leave the property whenever I wish before making a 28 days notice and now when I have to leave the property I have been told to pay an extra one month rent since I am breaking the contract. I am a doctor and I was planning to mortgage a property with the Dixons but now totally disappointed,. wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Disgusting Company! - AVOID!!

I Wouldn't even give this place 1 stars!They are the rudest estate agents iv had to deal with (Selly Oak Branch), iv recently just moved out of a property which I rented through Dixons & id definitely AVOID now if I was going to rent again . Timothy Reynolds was nothing but rude about me leaving threatening extra charges for leaving the property as he couldn't be botherd to read my tenancy agreement and see that under the break clauses I ended my tenancy in the correct way. All he cares about is getting his commission at the end of the day from there over priced properties. Daniella Lawmon also rude from this branch, questioning me about why I was leaving the property & also trying to threaten me with additional charges which where NOT in my agreement. They don't push the landlord on getting any repairs done they just fob you off on the phone with aload of rubbish to make sure you keep paying that rent every month so they get their commission!!. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
