Agent delayed viewing booking by 10 minutes, then proceeded to be another 25 mins late. Unresponsive over texts, didn't introduce themselves and even had to have my appointment with another potential tenant at the same time due to delays. I found this absolutely unprofessional as they should have at least had the courtesy to do this 1-1. They did not have enough information about the property and felt very rushed to leave. Property was also not cleaned before the viewings, very off-putting state unlike as shown in listing photos.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! The viewing with Hannah was fine and she was lovely. But after paying the deposits, first month's rent in advance and getting the keys it had all gone wrong. The boiler broke, the landlord left his belongings behind and is using the space i pay rent for for his car, then i find out my balcony has to be ripped up because of a leak into the apartment below. Raised multiple times with Jess and keep getting ignored. I have my own property to let out, which they know about, and there is no way I will let these cowboys manage it for me because the way they treat tenants is disgusting!

Hannah is the most disgusting person ever, I'm actually regretting giving her a good review, she has stolen my money and blamed me for not meeting certain requirements after i provided everything she needed, if certain requirements weren’t met then no problem, give me back my money and ill look elsewhere, dixons is trash and the service is trash, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, they will steal your money and blame u for it,

I have recently purchased a property through Dixons. Qadeer was the allocated mortgage advisor to deal with the whole process. I can honestly say he was professional in his approach, understood what I needed and he dealt with it in a timely manner. Even , after purchase he checked up on me and went out of his way to set up my mortgage account so that I can track everything. I Recently moved to Birmingham my first experience renting was with Dixons estate agency and it was great. I was a bit nervous because it was my first time renting, Chloe and Tayla made the process very easy and smooth, they’re very kind and took the time to explain things to me that made me feel very comfortable. I loved how they were patient and extremely helpful, they worked with me and in my favor I’ll forever be grateful to them, hopefully in the future I can work with them in finding another amazing apartment. I don’t know where to start. Avoid like fire unless you want everything to go slow and wrong… 1. Property not ready to move in and the agency informed us 1 hour before picking up the key that they failed to do the floors so the contract is void and “it’s not their problem” 2. Agency set up the bill under our name “automatically” without our agreement. They claim is in the contract- illegal to do so 3. Meter readings not taken - “they don’t do it” really !?!? 4. No replies to emails or calls hones for days. 5. Amber misadvising and misleading clients- all messages regarding tenant content insurance were suggesting that we must take it - not true 6. Landlord shocked to find out that the property was not even cleaned before us moving in!!! 7. Lies and complete lack of knowledge about the rules and laws. Rude, rude and rude again … Dixon Moseley is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Above (and more) already reported to the complain teams, and going further to Legal Ombudsman. Avoid at all costs.

Just glad I'm not using them to sell my house. Cannock branch is terrible. No one to answer phone and they don't reply to messages left. Finally booked a viewing and no-one turned up, total waste of time. Finally managed to view and put forward an offer and they failed to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Since then I found another property with another agent placed offer which was accepted. Thanks for nothing Dixons Cannock.

They say that a home move is one of the most stressful things to do in life, I say, you may have chosen the wrong letting agents to assist you. Chloe & Kyra have been extremely supportive to me in finding and then securing a lovely wee home. They have been available to answer daft questions, sometimes even when they should have been 'out of office'. In my experience they have gone over and above the normal standard of service and for that, I am very grateful. They took the stress out of the process so I could focus on the fun stuff like, soft furnishings. I entered the office in Moseley, briefly explained was I was after and Kitti was able to help me immediately, providing information on a lovely flat, arranged a viewing that same day and was even able to bring my viewing forward to save my time! The proceedings were very quick (due to urgency on my end) and Kitti was very pleasant and efficient, enabling me to give my application then and there and it was all done and accepted in a matter of days! Disappointing experience with property management and deposits

After two years as a tenant, the most I can give Dixons Estate Agents is a 1-star review. While the initial setup was fine, the ongoing experience was very frustrating. When dealing with renewals, repairs, or the deposit team, the staff were consistently unresponsive and quick to shift the blame elsewhere. I never felt that they were on my side. At the end of our tenancy, they attempted to make unjustified deductions from our deposit for standard wear and tear, and we had to rely on the independent deposit scheme to get our money back. I would not work with them again nor recommend them to anyone. If you do rent with them, make sure you document everything.
