This company cannot even get the basics right took a week to get s floor plan done only for it to bear no resemblance to our house second floor plan took three days again no resemblance to our house then had the cheek to say it was our fault because we didn't check it disgraceful

Avoid using the mortgage service at Dixons Halesowen. Dixons itself, great, but Bal signed us up to an insurance we told him we didn’t require and we are nearly £1000 out of pocket because of it and apparently it’s ’not his problem’ when we spoke to him about it.I really hope he doesn’t do this to other people but have no doubt this will happen again. The stress this has put us under is awful, especially being heavily pregnant. Please be careful guys and ensure you always have someone with you to witness conversations. The company have dealt with it terribly and we are now in this horrible situation. No remorse or apology from them. Disgusting.

Dixons Estate Agent ~Erdington We would like to start off and thank our special team in alphabetical order:Charlotte ,Ewelina,Sam and Sarah....without you guys this sale would not have happened.Team provided us with an excellent service. We had initially registered with another agency and in the months they had our property, we had to chase for updates. That particular company did not make us feel that we were priority. 18 weeks and no result Dixon’s team were SO different. We had updates from get go. Every viewings set up, we got email and text messages. We knew who was going into our property and the outcome. They made us their priority.There was a constant communication with Sarah, she was the glue ~ our SUPER glue. She was our point of contact from point of sale agreement. She kept the communication going between us, our recommended solicitor and buyer. Assuring and guiding us. All the staff knew the status of our sale it shows the level of their excellence, their professionalism and passion for their job.We could call anytime and felt free to do so. It really felt like nothing was any trouble. Everything ran really smoothly from initial conversation,going on the market to sale.We are really happy with the level of service received by our girls listed and would recommend Dixon’s Erdington Branch to anyone if you want an easy, efficient, professional and honest service. So many things went wrong and I’m not even sure where to start. I walked into a messy, dusty apartment that had clearly not been cleaned since the last tenant was there and I had to pay for my own cleaning service, which is odd because they make sure to ask for £150+ out of your deposit for cleaning fees when you leave.To make it worse, after you’ve signed an agreement they dump you off to another group to deal with and clear themselves of any responsibility. It’s not a one time thing, they do this with every new tenant, taking ownership once again to market the apartment and not telling you that you will be left with someone else.They are mostly nice and friendly when speaking to them so I put off writing this review, but the last straw is refusing to release my deposit for a month (and still ongoing) after I leave, but conveniently making sure that I paid my rent on time through constant emails. Just another one of those agencies that want to have it both ways and from now on will avoid.

Have been discussing our now property with Matt and Libby since February. They worked really hard to liase between myself and the seller and always kept both parties up to date.The knowledge Matt has is excellent and reassuring which made for an easier ride. They answered phones and emails in a timely manner and always made sure we where doing the right thing- definitely had our best interests at heart.Couldn't thank them enough for the honesty, hard work and overall kindness.The buying a home package was a lovely gesture too.

Have nothing but praise for the Kingsheath branch of Dixons & the girls there. Amelia & Emily have been absolutely amazing. Returned everyone of my calls,gave their immediate attention to all of my queries concerning the house sale & chased up replies from solicitors. We had to travel from Oxford and managed to get lost but they were very patient and helped us - we viewed a few houses both at King's Heath and Moseley. They were exteremely professional, courteous, responsive (responding to our requests and queries quickly) and efficient and secured the property my son wanted for us without any hassles. I am totally disappointed with dixons service i spose to move in property on 1st of april and they start the contract on 17 of april when i moved in the property there was leaking water from walls and they fix that in a week time and i have to call them everyday to please solve this problem there is no water in the property After that when i check the boiler there is no hot water I report that last monday 29th of april still waiting nothing happen I have 3 kids my kids got flu cough and my youngest one is 10 months old he is not feeling well I call them everyday and tell them please i have kids and their reply is waiting for the answer of landlord I am totally disappointed with this service I will never take any property from dixons and will never recommend to any one Totally disappointed with dixons and landlord behavior Before i moved to the property i asked the agent is there any other problems in the property and she said everything is working fine No customer service no response immediately waste of time
