I am bit late to write a review but I didn't forgot. I bought my first property though Dixon and throughout the process Amelia went above and beyond to establish communication between buyer and seller and helped both side to close the deal. She has done amazing job and I did told her to start conveyancing as well because my solicitors were useless and Amelia helped and got thinks done much quicker then my solicitors. I recently sold my house with Dixons and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Amelia and her team. From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and supportive, even when what initially seemed like a simple process became quite tedious. The house went on the market just after Christmas, and we received an offer within two weeks, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, the process dragged out longer than expected due to difficulties with the buyer. Throughout this time, Amelia and her team were exceptional. They consistently reassured us that everything was under control and provided regular updates so we were never left in the dark. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. I’m especially grateful for their patience with someone like me, who is very determined to get things done promptly! Thanks to Amelia and the entire team, we are now in our new home, and we are incredibly thankful for all the effort they put in to ensure nothing fell apart. We sold our house through Dixons and they couldn’t have done a bette job! Amelia, Emily and Ahmreen were so professional and dedicated to getting our transaction competed in the face of so many things going wrong! They got the house an offer within 2 weeks and even though (through zero fault of their own) the process dragged out, they kept fighting on our behalf and never stopped trying to make sure we got the results we wanted! Couldn’t recommend them enough, they’re all exceptional at their jobs and all work so hard to get you in your house as quickly as possible!

We just completed purchase and I can not praise girls enough for all the hard work! All of them are amazing but Amelia is just something else! Without her we would pull out long time ago ( it took 10months!), she would provide me with answers quicker than solicitors and was making sure sellers solicitor is replying. We bought our house off Dixon's, Kings Heath in September and moved into the property last week. I had to come and write a review (as soon as I can see amongst the boxes) as we were SO impressed with Amelia and her team at Dixons. From the initial viewing to the completion date, Amelia has been nothing short of remarkable at ensuring everything went through in a timely manner. She was always on hand to help communicate between ourselves and our sellers, and she was like a dog with a bone helping us to exchange- when our soicitors were no help at all. Honestly had it not been for her tenacity, even saying "I WILL get your guys exchanged before I leave this building tonight"- we don't think we would have moved before Christmas. This is the type of estate agent you need on side! She's a real asset to the company. I can't also forget to write about her team Emily and Amhreeen, who were so lovely and professional throughout our viewings - always greeting us with a warm professional, friendly manner. Emily's valuation was spot on, thankfully we listened and went with her advice about local house prices, stamp duty etc and were very pleased with the offer we finally accepted. Ahmreen was on time for every viewing and very responsive to texts making sure she passed on any appointments or changes to viewings and as a result no viewings were missed or time wasted. Amelia is one of the most professional Estate Agent Managers I have ever worked with. This was our first time selling a property and it was very emotional for the family, as our mother died at our home. We grew up at the home we were selling with many fond memories. Amelia was very compassionate and personable about our situation. Sadly, towards the end of our selling process our dad died and Amelia and the team at Dixon went beyond their duties and took over immediately. Agent delayed viewing booking by 10 minutes, then proceeded to be another 25 mins late. Unresponsive over texts, didn't introduce themselves and even had to have my appointment with another potential tenant at the same time due to delays. I found this absolutely unprofessional as they should have at least had the courtesy to do this 1-1. They did not have enough information about the property and felt very rushed to leave. Property was also not cleaned before the viewings, very off-putting state unlike as shown in listing photos.

Amazing Amelia!!

After trying to sell my house with a previous estate agents with no luck, I decided to go to Dixons in kingsheath with Amelia Pace, which was the best decision I have ever made! With her straight talking, empathy and desire to get the job done she got my house sold with her unbelievable drive and no messing around attitude. When it came to completion even though there were complications from the buyers side, Amelia with her perserverance and pushing both sets of solicitors, got the job done extremely professionally! AVOID AVOID AVOID! The viewing with Hannah was fine and she was lovely. But after paying the deposits, first month's rent in advance and getting the keys it had all gone wrong. The boiler broke, the landlord left his belongings behind and is using the space i pay rent for for his car, then i find out my balcony has to be ripped up because of a leak into the apartment below. Raised multiple times with Jess and keep getting ignored. I have my own property to let out, which they know about, and there is no way I will let these cowboys manage it for me because the way they treat tenants is disgusting!

Hannah is the most disgusting person ever, I'm actually regretting giving her a good review, she has stolen my money and blamed me for not meeting certain requirements after i provided everything she needed, if certain requirements weren’t met then no problem, give me back my money and ill look elsewhere, dixons is trash and the service is trash, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, they will steal your money and blame u for it,

Really let down by Dixons - received notification that they had cancelled my valuation less than a hour to go. The reason given was the person’s car couldn’t start…she couldn’t come in any other way apparently and no one else was available to come around and do the valuation instead. Emily was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. The focus was on their employee that she lived far away and had a baby…if she had taken a interest in the customer I.e. me, I could have told her that I’ve got a baby too with me and had to travel to my mum’s house to do this valuation. But she wasn’t bothered about that. Unprofessional and a major inconvenience as I had lined up three valuations to be done in time for application of probate. Will not be using them in the future as they have proved to be a business you cannot rely on, and I wouldn’t recommend them.
