Me and my husband brought our first home a month ago through Dixon's using a mortgage advisor Denise Lambe. We thought we were never going to be able to get a mortgage but Denise walked us through step by step making the whole process quick, easy and calm. She was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed her, very kind and caring. I would recommend Dixon's to anyone looking for a mortgage and especially Denise. We couldn't thank her enough she was truly amazing x

Dixons Estate Agent ~Erdington We would like to start off and thank our special team in alphabetical order: Charlotte ,Ewelina,Sam and Sarah....without you guys this sale would not have happened. Team provided us with an excellent service. We had initially registered with another agency and in the months they had our property, we had to chase for updates. That particular company did not make us feel that we were priority. 18 weeks and no result Dixon’s team were SO different. We had updates from get go. Every viewings set up, we got email and text messages. We knew who was going into our property and the outcome. They made us their priority. There was a constant communication with Sarah, she was the glue ~ our SUPER glue. She was our point of contact from point of sale agreement. She kept the communication going between us, our recommended solicitor and buyer. Assuring and guiding us. All the staff knew the status of our sale it shows the level of their excellence, their professionalism and passion for their job. We could call anytime and felt free to do so. It really felt like nothing was any trouble. Everything ran really smoothly from initial conversation,going on the market to sale. We are really happy with the level of service received by our girls listed and would recommend Dixon’s Erdington Branch to anyone if you want an easy, efficient, professional and honest service. Keep up with the fantastic job guys. We really appreciated all your hard work.

Great to work with. Sarah and the team did an amazing job under difficult circumstances when selling my late Dads house. First occasion we meet Danielle was purchasing our first home, she helped us with everything you do not realise how much paperwork is involved but with Danielle’s help, making sure we were in our budget, and all paperwork completed correctly we purchased our home. So there was no hesitation when our mortgage was up for renewal we went straight back and again we were given the 5star service we had before making sure we got the cheapest rate mortgage possible.

Fantastic service at Dixon's in Erdington Monika helped us get a mortgage to purchase our first home when I was sure that this wasn't going to be easy...I was wrong Monika reassured me and it was really easy with her help. She helped us through every step of the process and was always there for any advice, reassurance and support, from the beginning to the final step of completion. She has made the whole process so much easier and talked me through every step offering extra support when I my mortgate hit a problem and I had no idea what to do. Dixons is the best Estate Agents ever! All the staff were so friendly and kind and nothing was too much trouble. They listened and explained things to me when I asked questions and always let me know what was happening. They helped to push things through and get the house sale through as fast as possible and were quick to sort out any problems. The manager Sarah Blair is AMAZING and made me feel less stressed about moving and always updated me. Monica was so helpful and full of advice about mortgages and helped to get my mortgage sorted really quickly.
