I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Dixons Erdington. Excellent communication and truly helpful throughout the whole process. Without them, and especially without the support of Asad from the mortgages team, our first home purchase simply wouldn’t have happened. The mortgage situation initially seemed hopeless, but Asad guided us through every step with incredible determination and care. Huge thanks also to Louise and Sarah for their constant support and for motivating all parties involved to act quickly and keep things moving. Their persistence made a real difference.

Dixons (Countrywide Mortgage services) offered us brilliant service. Vijay was so patient, clear and supportive throughout the process of getting our mortgage for the purchase of our first home. Vijay was able to share insights on the market which assisted with our decision making. He also managed to secure a great interest rate for us and negotiated with the bank to accept a lower interest rate after our initial deal fell through. Vijay has been contactable at every step of the way when I had questions and always provided regular updates. Danielle and the team were really great when it came to us selling our property. From coming over to value the house as well as each step until completion they were more than happy to help us and put our minds at ease (which felt like every minute as this was our first house on the market) The team ensured we completed within our time frame as we wanted to get our son into nursury and even had a few clients in mind to view the house before it even had a for sale sign !! From this we had a buyer which was great !! All the ladies were absolutely brilliant and felt like friends by the time all was complete. Could not recommend High enough. I would like to Recommend Danielle Robinson for all the help she offered during my flat buying process. It was a long 6 months of back and forth between (vendor and buyer ) solicitors but we finally exchanged and completed. Recently put an offer in for my first house and was super daunted by all the legal and morgage requirements that needed to be in place to make the purchase complete. Thankfully the team at Dixons Acocks Green helped me. Adam, Lee and Courtney were always a phone call away. I would recommend anyone buying there first home to buy the hand in hand house purchase service provided by Adam it does come at a fee but well worth it as all solicitors are in house and he will save you allot on your monthly morgage repayments.

I have dealt with Dixons Estate Agents on several house viewings in Birmingham, and my experience has been excellent. Amy and Claire are genuinely the nicest estate agents I have met. They are energetic, professional, and, most importantly, they take the time to listen. They really paid attention to my preferences for buying a house, made thoughtful recommendations, and never once tried to push a property on me that didn’t feel right. Their approach is completely different from my experience with Oakmans, where I always felt like just another person in a long queue and, at times, as if they were doing me a favour by showing a property. With Dixons, the process felt personal, respectful, and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking to buy or sell a house in Birmingham, I would definitely recommend going to Dixons.
