It was the most difficult transaction we have had due to ourselves having instructed a solicitor who was very unresponsive and provided very poor service. This led to a massive delay, but Sarah, the branch manager at Dixons, had been really patient with us and had gone the extra miles to help us chasing all parties involved. I am totally disappointed with dixons…

I am totally disappointed with dixons service i spose to move in property on 1st of april and they start the contract on 17 of april when i moved in the property there was leaking water from walls and they fix that in a week time and i have to call them everyday to please solve this problem there is no water in the property After that when i check the boiler there is no hot water I report that last monday 29th of april still waiting nothing happen I have 3 kids my kids got flu cough and my youngest one is 10 months old he is not feeling well I call them everyday and tell them please i have kids and their reply is waiting for the answer of landlord I am totally disappointed with this service I will never take any property from dixons and will never recommend to any one Totally disappointed with dixons and landlord behavior Before i moved to the property i asked the agent is there any other problems in the property and she said everything is working fine No customer service no response immediately waste of time

Absolutely disgusted with this branch. Put me off Dixons altogether. I called them up on the same day the property was put up for sale. No answer so I left a voicemail. Called the day after numerous of times and finally they pick up the phone. Told them I wanted a viewing and I had left a voicemail. The agent claimed they did not recieve my voicemail and that the viewing for tuesday is fully booked now but I can view it on Friday. "Don't worry, we won't accept any offers yet so you can view on Friday with no worries," says the agent... I just got a phone call today informing that the viewing has been cancelled as they have already accepted the offer!?!? Appalled with their service! I had a very short turnaround for when I needed to move to the area and Amy and Nadia where So helpful it made the whole process so much easier. After telling them I needed to be in within two weeks for the start of a new job and moving from north wales they sent me over more properties that where up for rent and assured me that everything would be sorted within my given timescale. With having the view all properties within one day I was able to find the perfect flat in the area that suited all my needs. Even after moving in they have always been at the end of an email answering any of my questions I have and have definitely helped the transition so much easier. I would definitely recommend this estate agents as they are friendly, knowledgeable and care about what their clients needs and requirements are.

I bought my property from Dixons at Erdington and I was introduced to Danielle Robinson who is the Senior Executive Mortgage & Protection Consultant for Countrywide. I cannot speak highly of her. As we all know buying a property is really stressful but she tried her very best to ensure it to be as stress free as possible. We found Danielle very professional and available to deal with any question either in person, email or telephone. She tries to find the best rate possible for the client and we are really appreciative of all her advice and help. We will always go back to Danielle to have our re-mortgage

1. they over value the properties. not informing ppl that the current interest rates are sky high so better to be realistic ! selling properties in yardley at 500k - solihull prices in my opinion2, you can never get through. once they have your property on sale people cant get through to book a viewing, they then cant get through to put in an offer, voice messages left, and no body responds . unprofessional - STAY CLEAR

Highly recommend Dixons estate agents to anyone! Especially first time renters/buyers!Me and my partner was looking at renting our first home together, we was so uneducated and didn’t know what to expect but Dixons was a godsend!I had my eye on a house in my childhood neighbourhood so I applied, not thinking that we’d actually get the house but we did! We had 2 lovely lady’s helping us called Megan and holly and they both was amazing!! Megan showed us around the house and answered all questions for us, and holly was brilliant especially over the phone! I dread to think how many times I kept calling but holly always answered politely and answered all my questions. Definitely felt so comfortable with Dixons! Highly recommend!
