So many things went wrong and I’m not even sure where to start. I walked into a messy, dusty apartment that had clearly not been cleaned since the last tenant was there and I had to pay for my own cleaning service, which is odd because they make sure to ask for £150+ out of your deposit for cleaning fees when you leave.To make it worse, after you’ve signed an agreement they dump you off to another group to deal with and clear themselves of any responsibility. It’s not a one time thing, they do this with every new tenant, taking ownership once again to market the apartment and not telling you that you will be left with someone else.They are mostly nice and friendly when speaking to them so I put off writing this review, but the last straw is refusing to release my deposit for a month (and still ongoing) after I leave, but conveniently making sure that I paid my rent on time through constant emails. Just another one of those agencies that want to have it both ways and from now on will avoid.

GoogleI recently had some repairs in the house that needed fixing and from the moment the it was brought the issues to my housing manager ,Gina Neves, she had the problem brought to the landlords and ready to be fixed within a couple of hours and by rented housing standards I've never experienced a quicker fix

GoogleHarry Richards, our portfolio manager is very professional and helpful. Our window handle was broken, so we couldn’t close our window downstairs, leaving our property unsafe. Normally it takes 24 hours for maintenance to come out, but with Harry’s help they were here within hours and fixed everything. After that Harry called me back to ask if I feel safer now. GoogleIf you want to be sincere to yourself and have peace of mind in any property search either for rent, buy or sales. Google DIXONS ESTATE AGENTS. Their professionalism is top-notch. I got a 3 bedroom apartment from them on 31st may for my family, they keep to time, work with time and always keep to date. Credit to Hassan and Adams for their professionalism.

GoogleHi they are cheater pure unprofessional Taken the deposit from me on 10 march and then aftr that all check i have done and they asked me Do i have a gurantor I said yes i provided three guarntors everybody tried to fill the forms but they asking to much question from guarantors as there accountant telephone numbers bank acc salary slips its like i was taking loan from them so nobody was willing to fill and now they didnt refunded my depost of 170£ when i said i dnt want to proceed as i was willing to pay 6 months advance rental 1000 £ security deposit then to they wanted a guarantor and the agent who was dealing Shannon McLoughlin she is so unprofessional and took the deposit without explaining that they will ask the guarantor there personal information too.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMy daughter contacted Dixons Erdington with a view to arrange some viewings on some properties that they had available. Completely messed her about, one property was listed as being available immediately but a viewing was not offered until days later and this was supposed to be the first available viewing. Dixons cancelled the viewing and than all of a sudden the property has been let agreed. What a complete waste of time, I had taken a day of work to drive my daughter down to the viewings. Dixons wasted our time, it seems to me as if they have preferences on who they want to let their properties too and have people on stand by in case the property is not let. I will not use this branch again and will not advise anyone to rent of these timewasters.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe are landlords buying a BTL through this agent. It was the most difficult transaction we have had due to ourselves having instructed a solicitor who was very unresponsive and provided very poor service. This led to a massive delay, but Sarah, the branch manager at Dixons, had been really patient with us and had gone the extra miles to help us chasing all parties involved.
