Amelia was brilliant very positive helpful and answered all my questions. Sophie who helped through the application process was brilliant too. She made everything clear and easy. Its always a hassle looking for a new flat. so many are just rude, pushy or disinterested but I didn't get any of that from Sophie. Amber was great in helping me finish of the final stage. Process was smooth and Amber kept me up to date and well informed throughout the process. I went for a viewing of the apartment 5 on Shirley Road and l met with the lovely Sophie who showed me around the place and all I can say I fell in love with it, the landlord had done it up so nice and I already started imaging myself moving in with my partner and living together. I took an application form as soon as I walked in and now I wait to see if I get accepted (which by the way I really Hope I do because I cannot stop thinking about the home). It had a modern touch to it and felt so homely and it is perfect for couples! Sophie was so lovely and answered every question of mine and explained the process really well to me and I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!! Perfect

Our landlord left us in the lurch but Dixons went above and beyond to help us. Harry sorted our temporary accommodation and kept us up to date regularly to help reduce our stress - we can't thank him enough. Amber was also a star, helping us move into our new property as quick as possible and ensuring the process was as smooth as could be. We wouldn't rent with anybody else - Dixons have always helped us as much as they possibly can. Ryan helped us with our last property and we always polite and friendly, contacting us frequently with updates. Great team all round! All well mannered and bend over backwards to sort out your problems as quick as possible.

I have not had the pleasure of selling my property with dixons but if I had a choice I would have. I am in a massive chain and zoe has been amazing I called oneday as I was not getting much joy from my estate agents. Zoe is ace she just gets on the case and just seems to get things moving! As if a flat on gospel lane on rightmove is described as being in the heart of Acocks Green village but is more than 1.2 miles from train station. Incidentally, the station is actually about 150 metres from the real heart of Acocks Green village centre.

I've heard great things about the selling team, wish I could say the same about the lettings team. I rented a property in acocks green last year, and at the beginning of my tenancy, I found vast amounts of webs, dust etc around the property. I asked for them to be cleaned and addressed, to which I had a reply back saying "that's the norm". Ok - fair enough. Fast forward when I gave my notice to leave, I was given a list of things to address before I vacated the property. I find it extremely hypocritical of them to include the removal of dust and webs before I left, like it was actually on the 'todo list' of the things I needed to address. They dismissed my complaints so quickly at the start of my tenancy, and did not solve it at all. Not helpful or considerate at all whatsoever. Why are you expecting your tenants to clean, when you guys don't address it yourself? There were a lot of other issues that I had during my one year stay at that property, and they were too slow in addressing them. It got to a point where I had to get the phone number of the landlords and communicate with them directly. One issue I had took them almost a month addressing, despite my constant phone calls and emails. I was being passed on to so many agents with my issues, I was getting extremely tired with repeating my situation. Lettings team has been very poor in my experience, and will be the last time I deal with them. Very disappointed

Her overall conduct was very cooperative because she was understanding our requirements and guided accordingly. I must say this company looks very organised and provides excellent services. I have recently used the Yardley letting branch for letting a property and found all the members of staff unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. Amber was my contact and she was so helpful, along with the other office people. I hate the word “staff” to be honest if I wrote what I wanted to say then I think people would think I was having them on. But Amber was just so incredibly helpful and polite and I would offer her a position in my company should there be one. The only improvement I could suggest is a little more attention to answering tele messages on the office telephone line. But this is being super critical. Norman Heeley

I had wonderful experience with Dixons Yardley , Their letting agent Sophie Hodgson really helped me and my wife in finding the new house for us. We were looking to move into a new house as soon as possible and we searched whole Birmingham to find a nice house. We didn't want to move too far away from our previous house which felt completely impossible at the time. But thanks to Sophie, she did the impossible and found a house in a very ideal place for us. Each and every thing in the new house is according to our requirements. Thank You to Amber Bennet as well as she helped us in finalizing our letting contract. Through out the house search I also contacted other branches of Dixons as well but my experience with Yardley Branch has been the best. I highly recommend them.
