We’ve had the most pleasant experience with Dixons Yardley, and especially our sales negotiator, Zoe Powell. Zoe has been absolutely incredible from start to finish. She always responds so quickly, chases up solicitors on our behalf, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make the whole buying process feel smooth and stress-free. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. The team have also been so accommodating with viewings, even coming in on weekends to fit around our availability, which we’ve really appreciated. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received. I recently dealt with Dixons and i can honestly say they were brilliant, the letting agent that handled my contract was Hannah and throughout the whole process she has kept me up to date all the way through and very positive and cheerful. Highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to seek help, i cant speak for the other agents as i havent dealt with them personally, but Hannah was top tier, so if you go there ask for Hannah, keep her busy 😊

Have to shout from the roof tops about just how fabulous Hannah Jones is! Having dealt with many letting agents past and present and being a landlord myself, I just have not come across such a proactive and tenacious lettings negotiator in many years. It’s restored my faith in letting agents! When I initially enquired about a property, she was quick to call me and talk about my needs and then suggested a different property that was even better! I was at that point I was impressed. She then went above and beyond by getting me a video of the property so that I could secure it without the stress of attending a block viewing.
