I walked into the branch to book a valuation for my property - staff were very polite and attentive, which was a plus. However, after booking a time and day for the valuation, nobody turned up! When I rang the branch they were very apologetic stating the fact that no one had booked in the valuation- I suppose apologies don't cut it when you have reorganised your work schedule to accommodate. So disappointing - didn't expect this level of unprofessionalism.

Could not have asked for more from the team at Dixons, from viewing on Monday to getting the keys today- I’ve received the best service. Friendly and efficient staff who go above and beyond to help your move go smoothly. Since moving in, I have used the online property repair portal and following a great conversation with Harry Richard’s, I was able to report a minor repair I required his help with. Within 24hrs the repair had been tended to and the feedback and help from Harry was fantastic. Thank you Harry for your help 😊

Very poor telephone system. Called several times over a space of 30mins and kept getting disconnected without any message or reply. Our experience dealing with the Dixons Yardleys Branch has been nothing short of exceptional. We have been liaising directly with Amber, Amelia, Sophie and Ryan, but will also have interacted with others from the branch, but every communication, whether it be by email, phone call or face to face has been so pleasant and professional. The team have been very helpful and we've loved their supportive approach, they don't make you feel under pressure and their considerate approach makes it easy to do business with them, we've never felt that we can't ask something simple and basic or will be left feeling that was a silly question, they are just so helpful.
