Big thanks to Dave smith for sorting out my second mortgage, I used dave and countrywide on my first home and he was great . Always on the phone whenever I had any questions or problems and even got back to me on his days off. I found that he Breaks things down simple so you get a great understanding of what is going on with the market and finds the best deal to suit you and gives you options that will suit you best for buying your home . Ryan at Dixons Yardley made property finding in another city super easy. My husband and I had come from London and had been searching for properties since two weeks, I was tired and lost hope. Then we met Ryan at a viewing in Yardley who took the matter in his own hands. He showed us all the available flats in the building although, we only had appointments for two viewings. We chose our flat and were asked a couple of questions regarding work, income, savings etc. The next morning I received a call from Ryan and he forwarded my details to the landlord, called me back within half an hour and took my holding deposit. The flat got reserved in my name and then Amber took care of all my reference checks within 48 hours. I will buy my first property through Dixons in the future. If you’re looking for a property in Birmingham, Ryan and his team are the people you need to see at the Dixons Yardley office.

Dave Smith has been nothing but exceptional for us. The service we have received from him, Dixons and Countrywide has been great. We have used Dave since or first house purchase, then again when we moved and to handle 3 x re-mortgages over the years as we have come to the end of our fixed terms and in our opinion there is no one better. I have re-let my property and the whole process has been managed by Koren. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and attention to detail. She is diligent, approachable and excellent with keeping me up to date with progress. Hopefully an excellent tenant has been found and they move into my property next week. My husband and I would like to say a big thank you to Dixon, especially Koren. Koren provided a fantastic top-class service throughout the process. She has been highly professional and responsive, and the whole process from viewing the property to referencing took less than 48 hours. She also updated us with communication, sent us a video tour instantly and worked around us for viewings. We sold our house to purchase another larger property, was not happy with the overall experience and will not be using again being there customer felt I was treated with no respect, Zoe needs to learn some manners how to deal with her customers who pay her wages . The team at Dixons Yardley were efficient, helpful and accommodating. Both the manager, Ryan, and team member Amber guided me through the rental of my property and handled all aspects from initial valuations to finding and settling in a suitable tenant. Communication was excellent throughout and Amber was very quick to send and reply to emails, happy to meet up in branch and all matters were explained clearly.
