I want to first of all comment on their professionalism, it’s Topnotch, technical know-how is excellent. Especially the Senior Exec Mortgage and Protection Consultant. Very detailed, ready to listen, give lots of advice, work with you all steps the way till you get your house keys. He has wealth of experience. Also Naif and Becky were sooo helpful, very patient and willing to help in securing a house. I will recommend them over and over again.

I’m giving 5* because of one particular person who changed my view and had my issue resolved on the same day. I had reported a issue in my flat ref to my boiler on the fixflo and was informed no one will be able to come out to me till Monday. Which was going to be without heating or water for the weekend! However called through this morning and spoke with another property management team Dal Baines. Within the hour had my issue resolved and sorted and got me a engineer out within the hour. Excellent service and thank you to Dean for coming on short notice and sorting my issue out! Happy days!

We used David Smith as our mortgage broker and his service is absolutely outstanding. As first time buyers it can be a really overwhelming process but Dave made us both feel at ease right from the start! We wasn’t the easiest clients, but Dave worked all the hours possible to get us the mortgage that needed to secure our dream home. He is always on hand no matter what time of day for advice and assistance, and always answered any texts/emails sent super quick! Having been a home owner for the last 20 years, then deciding to move closer to school where I work, and rent for the foreseeable future to test the water. Cara and Destinee at Dixons have been amazing! They have been supportive, engaging, helpful, thoughtful, considerate, kind, understanding and fun. Knowing that I had a million questions, about how to go about renting, the process, payment, moving in, all of this was made transparent, easy, straight-forward and clear to me. I cannot thank them enough for being so kind. Now that I have moved in, they continue to support me. I genuinely could not ask for. Thank you ladies for your continued support. Additional review** Due to a cistern needing replacing I have used the online system to log a repair and get it sorted. This all worked brilliantly.. Harry was great, he called to say when he could come and do the job. He was very professional, knew what he was talking about and fixed everything. When you move home the things that you need are great tradespeople, as you're starting afresh, so you want people that you can rely on. Harry was brilliant, I couldn't recommend him more highly. In the future when I do buy my own home again, I have his number logged! You won't be disappointed by the work he does, or by the person that he is. Thank you Harry!
